I think it's easier to say you want a different conservator than to try to convince the courts you don't need one when you can barely speak for yourself at all. If she got what she wanted, it's entirely possible she'd be on talk shows the very next day and released on her own cognizance by her mother. She seems to have a good understanding of the situation she's in, but unable to get a word in to anyone that could save her or find a more suitable safety net. Being kept from speaking about your situation is weird even for people that need to be protected from themselves

If you're going to say she was so naive and helpless, you need to acknowledge that he was too, likely didnt even pick up on it until it was too late. They were both kids and didn't understand the manipulation people were pulling on them, all of money.

She was also considered the "wild child" cuz she didnt want to be controlled and wanted to marry a muslim and not stay with her abusive ex husband. That conservatorship is very weird. Why is the conserved not questioned by court with some regularity? Why does the court not require psychological evaluation when they receive a formal request regarding the process? She should get a lawyer to request the process to be transferred.

I love that britney is finally getting so much support. It seemed like in the past everyone tried so hard to bring her down and was getting so much backlash for every single little thing she did forgetting shes human too. I lived in California at this time and I remember one day we went to Rodeo Drive for the day. When my mom and older sister were inside a store I was waiting by the car outside. I remember watching this guy with a camera looking sketchy. All of a sudden there were a lot of guys with cameras surrounding me and my mom’s car and then a car with really tinted windows pulls up behind my moms car right in front of where I was standing. I could just make out a bald woman with sunglasses in the tinted windshield and all the guys taking pictures were yelling, “Brittany!” Over and over again and asking her really personal questions. I felt really bad for her because I was stuck there only until my mom and sister came out and the paparazzi moved out of the way, but she was probably stuck in her car for who knows how long.

Right? He tried SO hard to sound like HE was the victim when he literally shoved her off the deep end. When he said "well she didn't mean forever so.." it made me cry. He knew what she meant, and he tried to make it seem like it's her fault for not elaborating. Everyone gaslit & bullied her into doing anything to back off and now it costed her freedom. I hope she gets to be free soon.

People really don’t learn. After what happened with princess Diana you would think that the media would be more respectful with how they treat the people in front of their camera. I’m honestly surprised that we didn’t lose Britney because of all the abuse she went through which is incredibly sad to even think about 😔
