The TRICK to find ALL LOCATIONS in the Crystal Hollows (Hypixel Skyblock Tutorial) 

For Jungle i believe if you don't have a Jungle Key in your inventory the wishing compasses point to the village that has the dude selling keys (not always), so I recommend having a key in your inventory. For Queen and King, if you don't have the King's Scent effect compasses will point to the King, and if you have the effect it will point to the Queen. Didn't know about the going to the edge of the map thing you said, if it points to nucleus i just switch server, thought it was because sometimes they bug out like jungle temple on goblin holdout and that was the reason compass pointing nucleus, I will try going to the edge of an area before using compass next time.

if you use the wither cloak+ shadow fury trick commonly used in dungeons, you can get pass most 1-3 block thick walls(also pig pet + silent death for a bit father) not sure about horse but that might work too

to get in you just mine along the area that is unmineable until you see an entrance, also go higher there will be a good bit of tunnels that override some parts of the precursor remnants

in the prec city just dig up with a staircase and check the wall. if u can mine in, ur on top and the top is mostly not protected

To dig into precursor city just mine what's not bricks. You'll find cobble or something eventually

Somehow the mine of Divan is easier to find than other, everytime i went to ch and go to mithril deposite i saw one right next to nucleus
