It says state electoral commission has statutory obligations to conduct election BUT must ensure all the norms and electoral laws were considered which is clearly missing in this case. Please, Nigeria court has the right to postpone election. This has happened in Nigeria many times. Both of them are fighting for their interest, but I love Fubura because I will never support any governor controlling their successor, but in this case, I don't think he does the right thing. He needs to vacate the order 1st. Wike is 1st stubborn, and he knew the legal technicalities more than Fubura. I pray both of them resolve their issues before supreme court give judgment on the control of the house. If the judgment favors Fubura, I will be very happy, but if it doesn't favor him, it will be hard on him.
