Vale Bene: Beauty most surely is in the eye of the beholder. I'm not saying she wasn't a fantastic model, but...my roommate and I used to call her "EvangaBEASTa" because of her nose.
Christy is definitely not girl next door type. She has an approachable beauty whose natural disposition doesn't have an intimidating resting bitch face, but by no means is she a girl next door type of model. She doesn't have the edgy, intense smoldering look that Linda Evangelista, Tatjana Patitz or Nadja Auermann have. Nor does she have the exotic and hypnotic sex appeal of Helena Christensen. But by no means is she a girl next door girl like commercial Cindy, who had a more athletic and All American look that was perfect for suiting the masses. Christy's bone structure was narrow and defined yet delicate. She was sophisticated, but not with a fierce and menacing quality like glamourous women who wear sharp liners, with big sunglasses, in a deep black dress with expensive jewelry. Rather, her beauty is more understated, simple yet elegant, graceful, and light. She was a classic beauty. She has the most perfect smile I've seen in a human being. When she smiles, her teeth all fall into place, without the gum being overexposed, and her upper lip remains straight instead of distorted by curvature, all this while retaining the lips' plumpness. Not to mention, her jaw line doesn't widen more than her cheeks when she smiles, retaining that petite thin face that feels very feminine. She is kind of like the Audrey Hepburn type of beauty in my opinion. A natural beauty that is timeless because it is simply classic.

Heck no Linda looks great in short hair and that's because some women do. It brings out her eyes and cheekbones! It's all about face shapes and maybe facial features: short hair for some, long hair for others, curly hair for some, straight hair for others.
these 3 are beautiful!!! Linda has the best face - hands down, but at the same time Naomi's and Christy's are just as flawless. I'm just a Linda kind of guy...
There's only one true test, and that's time: 30yrs-later, and Naomi is **still** getting regular work at the pinnacle of the industry; the other two's careers are memories. Naomi is truly the greatest of the Supermodels.
The '90's were memorable because of these models. Actually Naomi is extraordinary rare model to find. I don't think you can repeat history because it's already done.
Linda= most interesting face, yet still very beautiful in all of its uniqueness. while Christy has the most BEAUTIFUL face, there's a difference. When it comes down to just plain physical beauty and proportions, Christy really does have Linda beat. But Linda is still a beauty in her own right.
in the past these supermodels looked great, not too skinny, they seemed to have a personality, they smiled ... but today's models on the catwalk are so pale, unhealthy and not having any personality

This video is showing favoritism. I mean it’s only 2 clips short clips of Naomi walking. While as the other girls have many videos of them walking for a good amount of time. Naomi is queen of the runway. I see people praising Linda and Christy beauty. They’re gorgeous but so is Naomi. She’s the perfect supermodel. Her career was more successful than both. She got to star in a video with MICHAEL JACKSON. And so many other iconic things. Everyone knows Naomi. Even people who aren’t into supermodels. I can’t say the same for the other two. I’m not hating but I’m sick of people ignoring Naomi to uplift the other two up.

However, I do think Christy's mom was predominantly European by ancestry. Her mother's full maiden name is Maria Elizabeth Parker Infante. Parker is an English surname, and that was Christy's maternal grandfather's surname, Horacio Parker. He had a Hispanic name but an English last name, indicating he must have been part of a long generation of English settlers in El Salvador. Then you have Christy's maternal grandmother, whose last name is Infante, a Spanish surname. Christy's maternal grandmother must have been either a Mestiza or fully of Spanish ancestry. Then you have Christy's paternal side. The only thing I know is her father's surname, Turlington, which is again an English last name. By that logic, she most likely has more English ancestry in her blood than Spanish or Amerindian.

The only reason that Cindy C became a model was due to the untimely death of a real beauty, Gia. Christ4JewsGentiles Latina is not a race. Latinos come is all different colors. Christy's mom was a White Latina. Also Naomi is mixed with some Asian lineage. And the term Latino is a bit controversial outside of US. Linda Evangelista is by ancestry Italian on both her parents side, and as we all know Latin originated in the country of Italy. Describing someone as Latino should refer to those who have ties with a Romance language speaking country.

That's how the industry wants it. They don't want those supermodels anymore because they're too demanding, with horrible attitude, and of course.... they were too expensive.
i don't believe that. i think these girls were just better. a lot of the other girls in the 90's were average just like the ones today. there just aren't models today who walk like them.
But not as famous and iconic or to be remembered that's really what matters, money goes when you die. But your legacy doesn't. I don't even know who gisle is. Im 17 and even I know how amazing the trinity are and I wasn't even born. 😂
