The role of a nurse slowly grinds away at your soul because of the long hours & some of the harrowing situation's you face. Then you lose your identity due to the uniform and constantly being referred to as "nurse".... In addition to this she's a mum & a wife....well bloody done Trinny 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

So many women feel like here even older woman. Our bodies change and we get a little lost. Good job Trinny

Trinny, I agree wholeheartedly with your mantra to Sarah about looking after herself. I raised my three daughters on my own and worked full time from when my youngest started school!! I would wake up early, exercise and get myself ready. Then I would get them up for school and the busy day would begin. Yes, I was busy, make no mistake, and it never let up, but looking after myself was, and still is, important to me. Now they are all in their 20s, they have fond memories of my personal habits and it actually is something they are really proud of!! It didn't make me any less of a loving, caring, attentive and devoted mother. Rather, me looking after myself helped them get a sense of their own value and how to be that champion for themselves. I believe that when we celebrate who we are and allow our children to see us as multi-dimensional, when they get older they may even include us in their list of role models. The highest compliment my girls have given me is that I am an inspiration to them.

This was the most amazing transformation, hands down the best of them all. I literally cried when she walked out. Sahara looked like a different person and went from depressed looking to a joyful stunner. I learned a lot done I am more on the "rounder" body shape myself.

Love watching this show, cause you make women find her own thing, own beauty inside, which is needs to be revealed through tiny changes ( morning routine to look fresher, bright colors - to cheer up youself), not going to surgery or extreme dieting to fit someone's beauty standards but love yourself now, this very day. Oh Trinny, I feel the same as Sarah! Not wanting to look in the mirror after my child was born (she’s the same age as Lila), which only got worse as I went through my 40s, stopping along the way to get married? That’s so where I’m at right now (at 53). I went from having a successful career that energized me in my 20s and 30s, to feeling so burnt-out and unrewarded at work I stopped working 7 years ago to take care of my daughter during times of public school and her great need for taxi service, and because my husband and I both have/had jobs that required a lot of overnight travel (We're in the US). I’m finding it difficult to re-enter my field, even tho I was kind of a “star” at one point. Seeing Sarah’s story, and your suggestions for her, was very inspiring for me. OMG those beautiful eyes she has, and how her smile lit up the room in her after pictures! Stunning. I hope she keeps up with it, she deserves the time to herself to make it work on a daily basis. And her support friend was great- I could just tell how much she loved and valued her friend Sarah, and how truly joyful she was about Sarah’s self-confidence. We all need a friend like that!
