I laughed at the salesman that said it had a 10 G markup. More power to them for getting it. It’s insane to pay that much for a tinny little truck. But that goes for all vehicles. All way overpriced.
@@MacPhee_Ford Man I wish you guys were closer to me. I would prefer to buy from your dealership instead. The Ford dealerships around me are starting their BASIC Maverick at around $31k USD after all the markups. It was even worse after covid. I wish you guys were in Texas
@@Coldpack13 For real. At the Ford dealerships around me, many Mavericks were even more expensive than the Ranger at a similar trim. That's crazy to even think about.
"The Maverick Method." Launch a 20k small bedded hatchless hatchback, get everyone's attention and interest, intentionally don't make enough of them, and then sell them for 35-40k. Make Mexican made American vehicles great again.
That thing has a green window sticker. Which means it's a special order. You better not be selling that truck out from under the person who ordered it.
