Does this guy know what he is talking about when he says that houses are higher in Dublin than Columbus? Maybe he is just referring to houses and not condos. I have been searching condos and I am finding that the prices in Dublin are much better than Columbus. I am seeing nice 2 br units in Dublin for under $300,000 and in areas of Columbus like the Short North, German Village, Grandview Heights, etc I am seeing much smaller units for about the same orice and with higher hoa fees.

@@LivinginColumbusOhio614 Yeah. I figured you must have been referring to houses specifically. I live in Pasadena, Ca and am strongly considering selling my 2br 2 ba 894 sg ft condo which should sell for about $600,000. I would like to purchase a condo with reasonable HOA fees of about $350 or under (currently paying $565) and reasonable property taxes. I would like to make a cash offer for a 2 br unit in the range of $300,000. I'm used to a very walkable urban setting so would like something of that nature. It can be on a residential street but still relatively close to commerce. And not too far from prime parts of the city. Is this doable?

@@tm9184 , waiting lists for apartments too. There are 1000 people moving to Columbus a month. If u don't have good credit, forget it!

I get it Dublin isnt a place that has trailer parks or ghetto sections. Dublin doesnt want those type of people so how you keep those people away and keep room for professionals, etc is to make things a bit more expensive. Im sorry but its the truth. At least I think it is 💋✌🏾☺️

I have yet to see a low income housing area in Dublin. It just doesnt exist
