How much does it cost to live? That’s a good question-especially if you’re moving into your own apartment for the first time or if you’re new to Germany. You might be experiencing other changes that will impact your monthly budget
Electricity & Internet comparison : www.check24.de/
Basic Rent: The net rent you pay for the "cold rooms". In other words: The rent without heating costs and other additional expenses.
Waarm rent (Warmmiete): The "inclusive rent", i.e. the rent including heating costs and running costs.

Rent for Studio was in range of 1000€ way back in 2015. Extensive inflation has happened since then. Currently, room in shared flats are in range of 800€. Studio starts at 1300€.

Hi, I have a 10 year old and would like to bring him along with me, can you tell me in your experience if he can adjust to German schools (public) and will the school support international students.

Hello 👋.. which city are you planning to move in Germany. So cities like Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt are more international and it’s easy for you and your family to adjust. Related to kid, I cannot comment on it but people have different experiences. If you really plan your move to Germany. Then do, follow Indians in germany and Indians in munich, Berlin pages on facebook. There you can ask your queries and you will get some answers related to this☺️

What is the salary of doctors there, can they do private practice? Whats their salary difference in comparison others. Can someone who’s employed in Germany, say a doctor, can he start his own startup, or business along with job after getting permission from current employer?

Sorry no information related to doctor profession. However, for such questions, I would recommend to join fb groups Indians in germany where you can post this type of questions and get response

@ExplorerCoupleinEurope
@ExplorerCoupleinEurope 2 месяца назад
Hello, most of the universities will need IELTS or any other English level certification. Because they need to assess English level if the applicant are from non English speaking countries.. I would recommend you to check on daad.de website for the universities.

Munich is highly international city and you have plenty of job opportunities here. However, I would recommend to start learning German if you are planning to work in Munich as this would ease your stay in Germany 🇩🇪

I'm offered a job of 3000 Euros in Berlin. Is it good amount for a couple (husband and wife)
@ExplorerCoupleinEurope
@ExplorerCoupleinEurope 3 месяца назад
Hello 👋 if this will be your in hand salary you will get, then it’s good enough to have a decent life in Berlin. But keep in mind, you won’t be able to save much (approx 500 or more less) Euro depending on the lifestyle you choose. Just in case you are planning to move, keep in consideration that language plays important role in Germany and can speed up PR process.

how to get job in germany from india plz answer and what salary is sufficient for living as an it employee i. plz give approx amount
@ExplorerCoupleinEurope
@ExplorerCoupleinEurope 2 месяца назад
Hi Vikram, Getting a job from India is continuous effort and depends on what expertise you have. Right now companies hiring from India based on skills which are shortage here or they unable to fill the position for the candidate in EU region. Cost of living is different in each city. Munich is the expensive city and here you need at least 2k to 2.5k Euro to cover all your basic expenses for 2 person/couple. If you want to save also then the range increase 3.5k to 4K .
