My ten year old boy wanted me to look up this lady. We found this video on RU-vid, but now he is asking me why you are swearing. Thank you for being so uncouth on a site regularly used by children. Great job👍.
Thanks for this video, it is really great and we will link it to our schools pack. I'm sorry I gave a thumbs down by mistake (technodrongo...), I also gave it a thumb up... Sarah from Emerald Ant.
Okay, she discovered a lot of great things but she had absolutely nothing to do with dinosaurs. Your title is very misleading. If you want it to be catchy try "sea monsters". That's more accurate.
Hello everyone, few years ago i found that i was mary annying in my previous life. I was in born in mokpo, south korea and living my life. Any question?
Nice, you do realize you neglect the thousands of men that never received credit for their contributions in other areas of life. Wait, is that what sexism is, when it happens to a man, it's sad, when it happens to a woman it's sexism?
Nobody can deny her enormous contribution as a palaeontologist. We know her name, and we know she was robbed of being recognised at the time, she could have been like one of these thousands of men you speak of, it doesn't matter, but I think that anyone finding these dinosaur remains could be qualified as a pioneer, and should be recognised as such. Man or woman. Sounds more like you have a problem with women, like so many men, and let me tell you, this is unhealthy and completely unhelpful. It is so easy to hate, and so hard to love and understand. Also, sexism is not new and it still happen in the lives of many women who try to make it in men dominated fields. This era was even more sexist to women because they couldn't study in universities like men could. That made it even more difficult, so what she did is even more remarkable.
Why do you have to bring this up here? Like nobody mentioned those men because this story isn’t about them. This video was about Mary and her achievements and her hardships. Stop trying to insert yourself and your misogynistic struggles where they don’t belong. Pathetic
@@laylette4017 I didn't bring it up, the video brings it up whether you realize it or not. If it was just a video honoring a person that achieved something remarkable, great. But as usual they have to make it about sexism and the evils of the unicorned white patriarchy to once again spin the narrative that women are oppressed by men. So done with that shit....
