80%? I just looked up tge aot map out of curiousity. Youre saying that much of the world pop lives in africa? That all the other continents combined make up 20%? I never watched this show, but i dont buy that
It's an subliminal comparison across 2000 years. Ymir free's the cattle and 2000 years later Eren considers everyone inside the walls to be cattle waiting to be slaughtered. "And just like that, everything changed. At that terrible moment, in our hearts, we knew. Home was a pen. Humanity, cattle." - Eren Jaeger (Opening Narration)
The way you've weaved the intricate histories and fates of the characters together is nothing short of artistic. Hats off to you for tackling this colossal task!
It's amazing to see everything summarized as you've shared, we waited so long for this story to conclude and I'll miss it and will most likely rewatch it again from the beginning this December holiday, but wow, what a ride these passed few years have been. I started watching AoT in 2017 but I've never been so invested in a story.
I agree, the raid on Liberio arc was my favourite too. Getting to watch Eren bring the pain to Marley was so awesome but you also had a new found understanding of the poor eldians being used by Marley to destroy their own kind, so it was just all sorts of conflicting emotions for me. I loved it though, & the music during the battle with the War Hammer was fantastic too. Sublime!
Yeah historia and Ymir are just good friends 😅 Also historia got strategically pregnant so she wouldn't be used. Eren knew he couldn't end all wars. He achieved his goal which was for mikasa and Armin to die of old age in peace.
@@zaarwhite7907Everything comes full circle in AOT. Levi kicks Eren's tooth out the first time they fight (Eren getting beat up) in the courtroom and the last time they fight Levi blows his tooth out again.
My favorite moments in AOT is in Season 3 when The scouts attempt to take back Shiganshina and Captain Levi fight the Beast Titan for the first time. That whole season is forever a masterpiece!
Definitely the rumbling. Seeing Eren become a massive walking titan and the sheer destruction of the army of walking titans is chilling but wicked cool to see animated and when he emerged as a Colossal titan I was like he still has more in the tank! I enjoyed every episode of the anime and it just got better every season.
@@renerufonjr.5359Not really. I never watched that anime before but can tell you in terms of stakes, consequences, emotional attachment to the characters and art design and much more Evangelion doesn't come close to Attack On Titan.
You can tell you got tired of doin this video. Once you to the attack on Marley you skipped the entire second half of the 4th season and went straight to the hour long special episode. Hilarious
I find it a little silly to say something and then be like “this however is fabricated history” like okay which part? All of it? Some of it? It technically shouldn’t be part of the timeline, maybe say “they fabricated history to do this” but now I’m here like confused as to specifically which part is fabricated and which is part truth. Because you put it on the timeline, so some of it should be true, otherwise it wouldn’t be on here.
Ymir didn’t leave the gate open by accident, she did it to let the pigs be free like she wanted but she was a kid and didn’t funny compared the consequences.
My best arc was the taking back of shiganshina in part 2 of Season 3: eren vs reiner/ the scouts vs reiner,/ scouts vs the beast titan, eren&armin vs the colossal tita/, levi vs the beast titan/ levi's choice and finally reaching eren's house and discovering the truth tat the enemy was humains beyond the sea... Big revelations we weren't expecting!!! That was huge and epic in terms of battles and the origins of the whole story!!!!
Video was great up until we reached current era. Skips over Levi's story before he joined Erwin. Skips over the history (manga side story) that shines some light on the creation of the ODM gear. Skips over some stories that at the very minimum offer character building between the main characters. Probably more that I can't remember off of the top of my head. Maybe they aren't that important but they;'re still a part of the story as much as the outcome of the world during the credits that didn't have to be there.
Thanks to Isayama-sensei who is able to write this incredible series. Now, I got mine with my own plot twist and characters backstory inspired from SNK :P
They were not alive when that happened. It was their ancestors that were alive during that time. The knowledge also was not left for them since the government tried to wipe out the families that were not affected by the memory powers of the founding titan.
@@ashleydavidson7802 Thanks for that Ash! Were their resistant abilities to the founder ever mentioned ? How did they come about and why was it so effective ?
@ReedJacobs Correction: the Ackermans are technically subjects of Ymir/Eldians, but they were scientifically modified to be able to resist the memory manipulation. They were the sword of Karl Fritz at the beginning.
I watched AoT YEARS ago and as compelling as the story was, life happened to me (as it does to us all) 😅 Not sure if I’d be as comfy with the gore as I was when I was younger get, so I’ve been trying to find good videos to summarize the story for me. Hope this explains things well!
One of the greatest shows of all time alongside Death Note, and just like the Death Note the ending is the complete opposite of what one would hope to expect.
So i am currently watching attack on titan and there is a small inaccuracy on your account. Erwin did not reject levis choice so much as he was having a dream he was in class raised his hand then erwin proceeded to say how do we know there are not other people outside of the wall. But at this point in the video you just say Erwin rejected levis decision. That was not the case and levi said it himself as well.
Sadly like most things not gaming i stayed away from the ani e hype started byvthis and thevearlier tv hype with beeaking bad. So badically ive missed 10 years of media and only hid in the gaming region
@@Kyeuss I've watched 2 or 3 seasons, then read some 50 manga chapters, after which things started to get really dumb for my taste (the titans' origins) so I dropped it. Now that I know how it all ends, I'm glad I didn't waste my time on it
@@iCanHasRandomnessWhat horrible excuse for an horrible perspective. Attack On Titan is the best anime that you will ever lay your eyes on. Respectfully.
Spoiled myself. Watched this before even touching Season 2. I think I’m good. This was more than enough. Now for another couple of years for another anime to pop up and have these guys summarize! Wooo!
My head cannon that might be actual cannon and is kinda obvious is that this was just the beginning. The kid at the end is going to fall into the water inside Erin’s tree and gain the power of the Founding Titan, starting the cycle of human versus titan (or human versus human) once again.
