Working 12hr shifts as a an ER nurse and Paramedic and having a family while living a bodybuilder’s lifestyle is all structured around discipline. Its crazy at 29:00 when Hany is talking about his prep in school. I just did the same organic chemistry class at the same school in the same same summer quarter while doing prep for a bodybuilding show. Even brought my tupperwares to lecture and everything. What a coincidence lol

THERE'S A VERY HIGH PITCH SOUND that came be heard everytime after either of you speak. May be a audio feedback thing or something. It's quite painful to listen to. I love the podcast Hany, it's only high pitch squeal that's bothersome
