I don't care if 5G causes COVID-19 or whatever (it doesn't but whatever), my only concern regarding 5G is how Qualcomm is basically forcing every manufacturer to buy an expensive 5G modem even for devices released in markets where 5G is nowhere near to be found nor will be in the next couple of years at best. Just one short correction for Marques' Explanation needed: We're NOT talking about 50 MegaBYTES or 2 GigaBYTES, but 50 MegaBITs and 2 GigaBITs per Second - that is quite the difference (factor 8 at least since 8 BITs = 1 Byte). And the Base of Mega is only a rough estimation since in Data Sience Mebi and Gibi-Bytes/Bits are generally used, which contribute to an exchange number of terms of 1024 and not 1000. If only the Terms on the base of 1000 (Kilo, Mega, Giga, Tera etc.) were used, I wouldn't have said anything, but since he confused Bytes with Bits, too, I had to correct him here. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZRQVPcgf5yE.html

Another clue that points to the safety of 5G is the fact that it is easily blocked by obstacles, most (if not all) ionizing radiation can pass through most types of matter -- like gamma rays and x-rays

@daniel_960_ 4 года назад
hUgO6191 nah I mean why can’t 5g penetrate things but x rays or gamma rays can. The higher the frequency the less the penetration should be theoretically if you scale up the concept. Because microwaves can penetrate, 5g or light not. Though there are transparent things like glass 🤔 interesting world
@gao1812
@gao1812 4 года назад
@@daniel_960_ well, the truth is that microwaves actually *can* pass through matter but they don't have enough energy to cause atoms to lose electrons (ionization). Same with 5G. The thing is, these electromagnetic waves can't travel long distances because they don't have enough energy -- I think they "lose" energy while passing through matter...ah quite frankly, I don't have a clear answer to give you 😅
@daniel_960_
@daniel_960_ 4 года назад
hUgO6191 your explanation is wrong btw. With your logic uv light shouldn’t cause ionization but it does. You guys are missing my point. The higher the frequency and the lower the wavelength the easier the wave gets absorbed by matter. So 1ghz can penetrate stuff better than 20ghz. And light with thz even worse. With uv light starting to have enough energy to be ionizing. The question is if x and gamma rays still follow the same logic. If so, they should be instantly absorbed by anything and should be quite destructive. But I don’t know anything about that high spectrum. Will google it later. Radiation which is very penetrative is usually not electromagnetic, meaning stuff like neutrons or so. Like nuclear radiation.

@@ZebraGirl97 Or even more disturbingly, a bunch of clowns burning down 4G towers because these very same geniuses protesting the dangers of 5G have no clue what a 5G tower looks like compared to a 4G tower. There have been studies where a radio tower was built and people complained about headaches, miscarriage, cancer insomnia which was interesting since it hadn't even been turned on yet. In anther study, they built a transmitter and cranked up the transmission power higher and higher and asked people how they felt. They complained about feeling the energy in their bodies and all kinds of side effects from blurry vision to headaches, which again was interesting since the "transmitter" was just an empty metal box with a rotating power knob which wasn't even plugged into a power source.

I think we should listen to the hundreds of scientists and doctors who have studied this and warn of the dangers. Should we listen? ..It's true that a 30 member unit of the WHO called the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) was near unanimous in pronouncing cell phones possibly carcinogenic ‖ in 2011. Page 21 In a 2013 paper published in Reviews on Environmental Health, Drs. Hardell and Carlberg argued that the 2011 finding of the IARC that identified cell phones as a ―possibly carcinogenic‖ needs to be revised. The conclusion on radiofrequency electromagnetic fields from cell phones should now be ―cell phones are not just a possible carcinogen.‖ They can now be―regarded as carcinogenic to humans‖ and the direct cause of gliomas (as well as acoustic neuromas, a less serious type of tumor).36 Of course, these views are not universally accepted. Page 21 And what about the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP),which represents 60,000 American doctors who care for children? In a December 12, 2012 letter to former Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich, AAP President Dr. Thomas McInerny writes: Children are disproportionately affected by environmental exposures, including cell phone radiation. The differences in bone density and the amount of fluid in a child‘s brain compared to an adult‘s brain could allow children to absorb greater quantities of RF energy deeper into their brains than adults.‖42In a subsequent letter to FCC officials dated August 29, 2013, Dr. McInerny points out that ―children, however, are not little adults and are disproportionately impacted by all environmental exposures, including cell phone radiation.‖ Current FCC exposure standards, set back in 1996,―do not account for the unique vulnerability and use patterns specific to pregnant women and children,‖ he wrote. (Insert slide: A Plea from Pediatricians).Does an organization representing 60,000 practitioners who care for children deserve to be brushed off along with―some health and safety interest groups?‖ Page 23 ethics.harvard.edu/files/center-for-ethics/files/capturedagency_alster.pdf

A critique of this video: You should have covered microwave ovens. Often I see people conflating low energy microwaves from radios and wifi with the microwaves that cook food. A quick primer for those who don’t know how a microwave works: the voltage from your outlet if stepped up to 2000 volts via a transformer and capacitor. That voltage runs through an anode and cathode that’s surrounded by a cavity magnetron. The physics of how it works is too complicated for this reply, but what it does is generates HIGH ENERGY electro magnetic energy in the microwave range which in turn bounces back and forth inside the oven to heat your food. The fan you hear when turning on the microwave oven cools down the cavity magnetron. Let’s say hypothetically you ran a microwave oven with the door open. The INVERSE SQUARE LAW still applies. Just off the top of my head, if you were more than 6 feet away from the microwave oven you’d be perfectly fine. I know that that was a super simple run down of how a microwave oven works, and some of you will correct what I glossed over, but the point of the reply is to explain the difference between broadcast microwaves (5G) and the microwaves inside a microwave oven. Physics should be mandatory and in all high schools.

Bees aren't important, if eating/food is not important to you. Beyond epidemiological studies, research on a wide range of living things raises further red flags. A 2013 study by the Indian scientists S. Sivani and D. A study by the Centre for Environment and Vocational Studies of Punjab University noted that embryos of 50 eggs of house sparrows were damaged after being exposed to mobile tower radiation for 5-30 minutes.. . . In a study on cows and calves on the effects of exposure from mobile phone base stations, it was noted that 32% of calves developed nuclear cataracts, 3.6% severely.‖14 (Page 11) ethics.harvard.edu/files/center-for-ethics/files/capturedagency_alster.pdf

I'm asking a genuine question here. One argument I've heard pro-5G people use is that 5G antennas are directive (instead of isotropic), meaning that they don't just emit in all directions, but simply emit directly in the direction of the target antenna. So they said "see, no need to be worried, you won't be constantly radiated as is the case with 4G, so it's ok if the we use higher-energy waves, because it's only directed in a very specific direction". Well, there's a 5G antenna 200m from where I leave. I spend easily 14-15 hours per day sitting in front of my computer. Let's suppose my neighbor is constantly using 5G and - bad luck - the beam between the antenna and his receptor goes directly through my head... 15 hours per day. So now the "you won't be constantly radiated so it's ok if we use higher-energy radiations" argument doesn't work anymore. I'd really love someone to prove me wrong because I'm genuinely worried. Thanks. And sorry for my English.

ICNIRP (transnational regulatory body) guidelines were last updated in the 1990s and are predicated on the assumption that harm can only occur through thermal effects. Since the 90s there have been thousands of peer-reviewed scientific studies that show harm from non-thermal effects, such as DNA damage, cancer, blood-brain barrier permeation, immune system problems, neurodegenerative diseases and widespread neurological/neuropsychiatric effects such as sleep disturbances, cognitive and memory problems, headaches, heart palpitations and other cardiovascular and auditory effects, many of which have now reached record levels. Since 2018, thousands of medical doctors, engineers and scientists have signed an international appeal demanding a moratorium on 5G rollout until it is proven to be safe. It's also worth noting that ICNIRP is largely funded by the telecoms industry, which raises concerns over conflicts of interest. This may address ICNIRP's reluctance to update the regulations. Signatories of the appeal are helpfully listed by profession and by country (the scientists' signatories alone is 111 pages long) See: www.5gspaceappeal.org/the-appeal See also: ehtrust.org/science/research-on-wireless-health-effects/ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-h4TdY344Now.html (Former President of Microsoft, Canada) mdsafetech.org/5g-telecommunications-science/

We are electrical beings, our cells communicate via low level electrical frequencies. I have been using Scenar therapies for years: SCENAR treatment is to stimulate the body’s own healing powers by emitting an electromagnetic signal which is almost identical to the human nerve signal. This signal travels along special types of nerve fibers to the brain, which results in the production of neuropeptides which rapidly advance healing. When applied to the point of pain, the brain also releases endorphins, the body’s own powerful pain relieving substances. This biofeedback is what distinguishes it from TENS machines and other electrical therapies. These treatments in low level electricity (TENS, SCENAR, COSMODIC, SCALAR) and low level lasers using frequencies has been around for a few decades now and demonstrates how the human body can react positively to extremely low levels and frequencies. Here is a link about the use of lasers to regrow teeth in rats. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-en79wtbytvk.html This field of electrical medicine has demonstrated to me how low and high frequencies have different biological effects both positive and negative. There is particular urgency at this time as new antennas will be densely located throughout residential neighborhoods using much higher frequencies, with greater biologically disruptive pulsations, more dangerous signaling characteristics, plus transmitting equipment on, and inside, homes and buildings. The Advisors to The Appeal recommend UNEP seriously weigh heavily the findings of the independent, non-industry associated EMF science The Advisors to the International EMF Scientist Appeal - Annie Sasco, MD, Dr.PH., Henry Lai, Ph.D., Joel Moskowitz, PhD., Ronald Melnick, Ph.D. and Magda Havas, Ph.D., call upon the UNEP to be a strong voice for the total environment of the planet, and an effective catalyst within the United Nations with regards to the biological and health effects of electromagnetic pollution. The truth is, we don't fully understand what the health implications are for millimeter wave bands. It was never seriously considered for general usage until now, because the obvious problem with using radio in these bands is that it doesn't penitrate buildings/trees/inanimate objects very well, which means that cell towers and phones will have to crank up transmitter power to very high levels for the system to work. It's estimated that a usable 5G network on the proposed frequencies of US carriers will require towers 300 meters apart in urban areas, and will be virtually unusable in the centers of buildings! I think that it's outrageous that shareholders are willing to pay into this. Further, the FCC should have required a fairly detailed study by a neutral party on potential health effects on human beings exposed to 5G radiation before approving use on millimeter wave bands. It was railroad tracked through the FCC.

Often times when a person brings up health risks associated with low-intensity rf-emfs, it's pointed out that visible light is higher in frequency and power density than what is used for telecommunication and other wireless technologies, and so low intensity rf-emfs are naturally harmless. This line of reasoning ignores the fact that Iife evolved within the optical frequency range of the emf spectrum, so there's a long history of adaptation to it, first of all. The rf-emfs used in telecommunication and other wireless tech, 5G included, are not typically in it the natural electromagnetic background exposure, least not to any large extent. They are generally absorbed in the upper atmosphere, see Influence of High-frequency Electromagnetic Radiation at Non-thermal Intensities on the Human body @ img1.wsimg.com/blobby/go/cbc7c8bd-ed32-4485-adfb-dbb6ab97e62f/downloads/influence_of_high_frequency_electromagnetic_ra.pdf?ver=1586294670171 For example, "levels of exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation around the 1 GHz frequency band, which is mostly used for modern wireless communications, have increased from extremely low natural levels by about 10¹⁸ times" - see Planetary electromagnetic pollution: it is time to assess its impact @ www.thelancet.com/pdfs/journals/lanplh/PIIS2542-5196(18)30221-3.pdf The notion that only power density has a role in the possible harm induced by non-ionizing emfs is scientifically erroneous. The mechanisms involved aren't as well understood as in the case for damage due to high power, thermal effects, and that's pushed the issue further and further back. Nonetheless, adverse as well as beneficial effects from low intensity rf-emfs have been reported in the literature for decades, see the U.S. Army Medical Intelligence and Information Agency, Office of the Surgeon General report, published in 1976 @ www.emfanalysis.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Defense-Intelligence-Agency-1976-Report-on-Biological-Effects-of-EMF.pdf In addition, the artificial nature of man-made rf-emfs add to their biological activity, and in adverse ways, see Polarization: A Key Difference between Man-made and Natural Electromagnetic Fields, in regard to Biological Activity img1.wsimg.com/blobby/go/cbc7c8bd-ed32-4485-adfb-dbb6ab97e62f/downloads/srep14914-1.pdf?ver=1586294670170 Some of the most adverse response dependent aspects of rf-emfs is their pulsation and other characteristics, which are often left out of "safety" studies because they make precise measurements more difficult, see Real versus Simulated Mobile Phone Exposures in Experimental Studies @ img1.wsimg.com/blobby/go/cbc7c8bd-ed32-4485-adfb-dbb6ab97e62f/downloads/PanagCellPhone2015.pdf?ver=1586294670171 & Adverse health effects of 5G mobile networking technology under real-life conditions @ img1.wsimg.com/blobby/go/cbc7c8bd-ed32-4485-adfb-dbb6ab97e62f/downloads/1-s2.0-S037842742030028X-main.pdf?ver=1586294670171 Furthermore, to try judge whether or not non-ionizing emfs are dangerous merely by the same set of criteria by which ionizing radiation is known to be harmful is inappropriate - as is spelled out in this Letter to the Editor "When theory and observation collide: Can non-ionizing radiation cause cancer?" @ img1.wsimg.com/blobby/go/cbc7c8bd-ed32-4485-adfb-dbb6ab97e62f/downloads/2017_HavasEnvPoltheoryvsobservation.pdf?ver=1586294670171 Also see, Thermal and non-thermal health effects of low intensity non-ionizing radiation: An international perspective @ ecfsapi.fcc.gov/file/12103008105187/nonionizing%20radiation%20international%20perspective%20Belpomme%20Hardell%20Carpenter%202018.pdf & Electromagnetic Radiation Due to Cellular, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Technologies: How Safe Are We? @bassguitarriff1651

I don't think you can safely trust the agencies that are suppose to regulate it. There is so much conflict of interest with government agencies and the industry they're suppose to regulate. Here are a few excerpts and examples from an article. In that time the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA)- an organization whose leadership has maintained a revolving door relationship with the U.S. Federal Communication Commission - has collaborated on or guided regulatory policy related to not only 5G, but the roll out of cell phones and other digital technology. The CTIA annually lobbies for the industry to the tune of millions of dollars, making them one of the most powerful telecom lobby groups. ………. In that time the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association - an organization whose leadership has maintained a revolving door relationship with the U.S. Federal Communication Commission - has collaborated on or guided regulatory policy related to not only 5G, but the roll out of cell phones and other digital technology. The CTIA annually lobbies for the industry to the tune of millions of dollars, making them one of the most powerful telecom lobby groups. …… For example, at the time of the report’s release, the Chairman of the FCC was Tom Wheeler, a man with deep ties to the wireless industry. In 2013, Wheeler was nominated as FCC chairman by former President Barack Obama after raising more than $700,000 for his presidential campaigns. Wheeler led the two most powerful industry lobbying groups: The National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) and the CTIA. In 20, Wheeler was also the head of the FCC during the debate around Net Neutrality. Ajit Pai, current chairman of the FCC, is another example of this revolving door relationship. Pai is an attorney who served as Associate General Counsel at Verizon Communications Inc. between 2001 and 2003, where he handled competition and regulatory matters. Pai was appointed to the FCC by Barack Obama in 2012 and then made FCC Chairman by Donald Trump in January 2017. In February, Pai admitted that the FCC failed to protect Americans’ privacy after it was revealed that at least two companies were gaining access to Americans’ private data and selling it to law enforcement. Pai called for a fine of over $200 million on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. “This FCC will not tolerate phone companies putting Americans’ privacy at risk,” Pai stated when announcing the fine. FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr is yet another example of a government official working closely with industry and maintaining relationships which clearly present conflicts of interest. Carr is credited with accelerating the 5G build out. Prior to joining the FCC, Carr worked as an attorney at Wiley Rein where his clients were Verizon, AT&T, Centurylink, and CTIA. The Wiley Rein law firm is a hotbed of activity for former government officials and industry regulars. One of the founders of the law firm is Richard Wiley, himself a Former FCC Chairman. According to Open Secrets, in the first four months of 2020 the Wiley Rein law firm has been retained by several telecoms, including AT&T for $80,000, the CTIA for $50,000, and Verizon for $30,000. For the last 15 years the law firm has spent at least $2 million dollars lobbying for their clients. Open Secrets also shows the CTIA has spent $3 million on their own lobbying efforts. On September 30, 2019, Commissioner Carr and other FCC officials were in Houston to discuss the future of 5G. I interviewed Commissioner Carr about the concerns regarding his connections with the wireless industry, as well as the implications of the Captured Agency report released by Harvard’s School of Ethics. Unfortunately, Mr Carr had no interest in addressing these questions and refused to answer my questions and only stated, “We’re excited about the 5G build out and working with local leaders.” The silence from FCC officials on the charges of corrupted regulators and ignored studies is simply another facet of the relationship between industry and government. Again, the strongest influence over the U.S. regulatory agencies can be traced to the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association. www.mintpressnews.com/big-wireless-lobbied-5g-data-collection-surveillance/267355/

Oxidative stress is something that is constantly happening in the body, but when it’s excessive and localized is when it’s an issue. When it’s non ionizing doesn’t mean that it can’t increase oxidative stress In the body

Northstarrr 5G waves can get past the skin....the statement I just made is just a belief, like the one you made. The original question I asked is quite simple: does 5G increase oxidative stress. It seems no one knows what I’m talking about. Well, oxidative stress can be increased by simple things like running, nutrient deficiencies, stress, and oh yeah being alive! So you’re still saying that we become in contact with these waves. So I ask again, does 5G increase oxidative stress In the body?

For someone new now coming into this topic and information, and reading for myself, I don’t trust this in regards to safety. This has something to do with the fact that 36 seconds into the video the guy in white shirt was already hinting with weird face gestures about the opposing theory, and name calling ( calling it “ pretty wild” and made faces in conjunction with it), BEFORE even providing any scientific evidence to the contrary. By doing so, he signified his stance on the topic as if it is absolute, then he switches his stance at the 12:40 mark stating “ that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be skeptical of technological advances”. Why should anyone be skeptical if the available science is one hundred percent clear about its safety? Because it appears to me that it is not. If the opposing side’s theory is “pretty wild” there shouldn’t be any reason why anyone would be skeptical. Why? Because their stance is PRETTY WILD ( 👈🏾 that’s a big accusation). Then he attempts to reel the viewer back in by stating they were skeptical too, THEN, name drops a Harvard professor to create a halo effect to give the notion of not to worry, Harvard professors are trustworthy and intelligent, when a Harvard professor was just recently arrested for having illegal ties to China. Yeah, Harvard is not so trust worthy. So Harvard’s name drop has no bearing on swaying me, and it isn’t the beacon of truth and light right now. My philosophy professor in college who was teaching my class how to debate taught us if name calling starts, especially in the beginning, it is a sign, (or tactic) that the opposing side is attempting to condition people to their ideology, it also can be a sign of fear of the opposing side. It can also indicate frustration or defeat, and lastly, it can also indicate the side that’s name calling is either being coerced, or paid to promote a specific agenda, or ideology🤔. When in reality, the truth and facts require no conditioning or name calling, it can speak for itself, CLEARLY, in a FAIR and OPEN market. Major red flag for me. He should’ve been impartial and unbiased, and let the TRUTHFUL science speak for itself, instead of attempting to shame the other side, ESPECIALLY in the beginning. After reading the Scientific American article “ We have no reason to believe 5G is safe, and going through the ninety five page PDF of studies, I would be extremely wary about this 5G, and it’s safety. The choice is yours. Also, I notice at the 11:51 mark the guy in the Black shirt stated if you’re “interested in conspiracy theories and the science on why they work so well, we actually have a video all about that. ” giving the notion that conspiracy theories are false, and completely made up. If you are unbiased, impartial, TRULY scientific, AND just, how come you don’t have a video about conspiracy theories that actually came to fruition then🤔? To give people a balanced and fair opinion. VERY interesting, I’m just saying😏🤷🏾‍♂️. I did not name call or mud sling any side of this topic, and I didn’t make any attempts to condition anyone. All I did was assess the information in front of me, and come to a logical conclusion using deductive reasoning. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tz1NsAQDto0.html
