Came across your channel about an year back, have been doing Suryanamaskars on and off by with the help of your 108 Suryanamaskar videos and have lost 10+ kgs. Just wanted to know how you manage such challenges (75 hard / 108 SN for 30 days) during your periods?
These hard challenges also are sometimes huge change to body. I can easily see in the increase of hair fall despite maintaining high nutrition profile in the food I consume. Do you also have increased hair fall with intense workouts and intermittent fasting?
The best thing to do is to figure out what works for you and do that :) if this is difficult, then do what makes sense for you and what makes you healthy and happy ❤❤
My LOVE, pls rest when your body demands! Cramps can be managed by hot fomentation, some yogasanas, rest, plenty of water intake. But if its unbearable, you need to see your DR
The amount of water in this challenge confuses me. Few people need to drink that much water per day. Especially if you live beyond the Arctic Circle. 🤣
The LIVE surya Namaskar sessions are from 6-6:30am IST. Daily recordings of the LIVE sessions will be provided - so you can practice whenever you want. Challenge starts on 3rd June :)
It will be difficult at start NO DOUBT, that's why its called the HARD challenge. But you need to Fix the aim of challenge completion in your head to get going.
As with ANY workout, if you stop completely you will gain weight/fat back - I did stop for a while, so I gained some back, but I still felt the strength. And now I’m back to a good workout routine again
