Great video ladies! This is timely. I work in marketing as well, managing ad campaigns. I was thinking about pivoting to project management so this was insightful.

As a Technical Project Manager for over ten years, I can only speak about United States. Do not waste your time on becoming a PM; the job market is poor in 2024, but you want to take risk and hope the market improves in 2025-2026, do so at your own risk.
