Working in a family business is tough. We work countless hours and sometimes you lie down at night and ask " where am I going in life?" or "where has the time gone". You know what you know and I get that but there some major red flags. For example:
1. They don’t support your dreams
2. Use you as a resource for cheaper labor
3. Belittle your ideas and knowledge
4. Pressure you into believing everything is about the business. It’s not nor should be.
These are things should be discussed, but if they just cant do it (even with cultural differences) then it may be time to go in another direction.
