Love the grounded take on Bronny. Think the Lakers will end up taking him with their 2nd barring any surprises.

They say for a reason. It's called Lakers pulling strings to keep him from shooting up the draft board he's been one of the nations best young players. I hate low basketball IQ videos like this. It reminds me of all the untalented coaches I was forced to play for during my career. SMH everyone wants to play espn analyst. Just Watch!!!!!!

The kid is 6’1 so stop with then6’4 shit. Bronny isn’t a NBA player who has an ego maniac narcissist for a father who’s trying to force the kid in the league so he can say I’m the 1st player to ever play with my son. A lot pressure….

Bronny may not be the best, but getting a year of Lebron is worth it
@homura_8
@homura_8 Месяц назад
I don’t think getting a year of lebron is even close to being worth it. When he was in his prime sure but not now. Unless you’re only doing for money purpose because he’ll bring in sales for sure.
@gregorybeale
@gregorybeale 29 дней назад
How you figure? Lebron just averaged 25, 8 assists and 7 rebounds and 1 steal?!!
@homura_8
@homura_8 29 дней назад
@@gregorybeale you do know at the rate the games played these days 25 points average isn’t what 25 points use to be. But let’s take that away even with those stats renting him for a year or two just isn’t worth it it’s not going to move the needle and he’s not worth putting up with anymore. If you’re looking to make a move to move close to winning a championship then no but if you’re just looking for sales then yes.

The kid in question had heart surgery and attempted to come back to basketball too soon afterward. Some believe that this hasty return was the reason for his poor start to college basketball. It is rare for someone to bounce back so quickly from such a serious operation and mishap. The footage of him struggling on the court does not accurately reflect his abilities before the surgery. With proper time and recovery, he may return to his previous level of performance. However, it will take more than the time he had to recover after his quick return to fully regain his stamina and explosiveness. Critics have underestimated him, and it would be more credible to review his high school footage and his participation in the McDonald's game and Nike Hoop summit. There, he demonstrated elite athleticism and shot-making ability. His cardiac arrest derailed his start, energy, accuracy, explosiveness, production, and ability to improve because he never had the space and time to fully recover like having an off-season and preparation.

I think that the video did a good job highlighting these facts. The end of the video talks about how he dealt with the surgery and that he has the tools to put it together. I think that his abilities to make simple reads could allow him to play well. While this is true, the film does pose red flags to scouts

Yeah I get all that but he decided to play ball anyway like he didn't have a heart condition. So we judge him as someone who doesn't have one
@just-Just-it
@just-Just-it 29 дней назад
@@carboy101 It's understandable that athletes face challenges when dealing with injuries or medical issues. Despite giving time for lower-body injuries to heal, there seems to be a lack of consideration for a young athlete who underwent heart surgery. The recovery from such a procedure is more complex and may involve medication that can impact performance. Additionally, the limitations on physical activity during diagnosis and recovery can set back an athlete significantly. It's unrealistic to expect immediate normalcy post-surgery, as recovery, both physically and mentally, takes time. This context should be considered when evaluating an athlete's performance after such a significant medical event.
@markjohnson1448
@markjohnson1448 26 дней назад
Okay I'll give you the heart surgery situation but he wasn't playing at high level even before the surgery not in high school basketball in high school he was playing at a middle school level no real eye popping stats like most high school players entering college but they're also goes to show that his father wasn't living under the same roof office famous dad is skill level should have been way above average living with his father he should have been a one and done college player if LeBron when is his son to play NBA basketball with him he should have been the one getting him NBA ready that also goes to show that LeBron James it's not a leader or a teacher it should be nothing that Bronny can't do on a basketball court he is way behind his peers n that's Lecrybaby fault

Well his freshman year he didn’t play much, he got hurt and missed out on a year of basketball. Got better his junior year, and senior year averaged 15, 4 and 5. Of course he needs to get better but he has potential. Then he missed out on 5 months of training and playing basketball due to the heart problem.

Not another Bronny hype video. No amount of misleading facts and stats can make this undersized, average skilled son of a hyped legend into a true NBA prospect. This kid has never even been the best player on any team he has been a part of since he first picked up a ball. I would say stop it but I know these guys are getting paid to keep it up. Man I hate the corrupt role money plays in society.
