i bought skyworth smarttv august2020, was cheaper than others at that time. as of this year2021 april, the audio was ok but the screen was simply black. the technician can't repair it because the lcd has to be put in order from Indonesia. it will take a month. so while waiting, we will listen to our smarttv like a radio.
I am a victim of their deceiptive advertisement on look and quality. Your just throwing your money on a cheap rubbish worst Skyworth(worst) TV that deserve to be named Skyworst SmashTV. If you have bought already, your the next victim.

Just want to say skyworth tv is actually decent. Blew up my expectations, no back light bleed, very bright and good contrast. I don't even know big Tv can be this good for such cheap price lol.
I have a skyworth Android tv which i bought this May of 2019. On August 3, we saw lines in the LCD screen and brought it in the authorize repair shop. On September 4, they gave me the replacement. Yesterday, November 14, we saw again another small line and a big color gray circle in the middle and visible only when you turn it on. Not really worth to buy. Am so dissapointed
Good video. But, it was all over the place. Meaning, you touched the TV market, detailing the oligopoly of OLED panels. Then, you touched the Cinha import tariffs from Trump. Finally, the future for TVs: IoT and AI. This type of different approaches should be accompanied by a chapter like video, where you separate which section of the video. Otherwise, it is difficult to follow your train of thought. I am new here, but I think I will stick around. The 2 DIN Android auto-radios brought me here :) In general, I like your way of thinking differently. Cheers!

Hisense, the rise of the downwards past-Sharp Tvs; MediaTek, the company which promised to rival Qualcomm (in phones and routers, with the acquisition of Ralink), but never quiet lived up; Oppo and OnePlus, is the relationship between companies still true? And how they are different inside the same egg?
we bought skyworth tv last year nov.2 50inches android tv and the tv black out they said its board problem and now our tv is broken again 4x broken since dec.. and until now they said they will give us replacement until now theres no news from them..
From what I read online skyworth TVs including their Android TVs are actually not made by Chinese people but Germans that's why they're actually great quality because they had people from Germany basically create their TVs. And it's a known fact that Germans are very great at making great stuff
The technologt is Germany but the manufacturing is in China..or could be pirated by chinese and reversed engineer to imitate ut a low price. Its a rubbish TV.
Never heard of skyworth until their tv showed up at my local hardware store for Black Friday. Good looking tv. Wasn’t sure about the quality but it was 4K with Alexa support for a fair price. Haven’t opened it yet but I will probably return it if it doesn’t work right

i’ve never owned such a bad “4K”. it barely qualifies as one according to my Xbox X. it’s not even comparable to Actual 4K LG i replaced it with. save up and buy the most expensive LG you can. you’ll have it for years to come with a great picture. plus they offer insurance (Best Buy) for up to 5 years if it dyes by itself.

I had really really really bad experiences with this no quality brand tv..in 2019 I bought 55" android tv #Coocaa..with 2 years warranty.. After 1 yr usage problem happened brightness flickering on the right corner of the screen.. Luckily they replaced a new #skyworth tv for me..android smart tv also.. Then after few months usage the new skyworth tv, problem also, even worse.. No pic (blank) just audio playing.. They take away the tv for 2 days and fixed it... Last month.. The silly blank screen problem returns.. But this they hv taken the tv for good... Now.. Almost 1 month they still not returning the tv to me.. Very #badSkyworthMalaysia #skyworthMalaysia No quality products.. Don they really test their product lifespans..
Looks like they are sincere qualitywiase, but why these silly ESOL brand names - what the heck is a skyworth? and other names like Hisense, Veon, Beko, TCL etc.

Its totally a rubbish brand that deserve to be named SkyWorst/SkyWaste most likely if it is produced in China that easily breakdown just for 1 year of slight usage and adding insult to customers, the warranty is not acknowledged in the local country for the repair, duping and deceiving all their customers on after sales service. The worst is they could not even provide spare parts for the replacement. Beware of buying this brand specially if made in China or the plant is owned by China to save your money from wastage. To Skyworth Mngmnt..stop duping people by callously assuring them of readily available repair service with warranty.

I agree they are good but the truth China product have less life span than other top brand I bought the TCL 55C8 model quite beautiful, but since am a game addict after few months I started noticing some burns on the screen, thus made me to sell it quickly I had to buy again Sony.... I respect Chinese products but the truth they don't test their products enough

OLED is not the player in town as you know. What is happening in the UHD HDR marketplace.? These technologies are currently at war, I don't know who will win. Years ago we saw stories about bad working circumstances, suicide nets, the Fair Labour Association being a fake organization because of the conflict of interests (they were paid by the companies they were checking), etc. etc. We haven't heard these stories in a while. Is it better now? Are there no suicide nets anymore and are there no live threatening accidents anymore?
good idea. I have a friend who is / was manager at foxconn. I need to talk with him, but i think he recently left. I think its hard to get actually to their facility and even harder to be allowed to record. But that would be my dreamtopic to talk about.
