Honestly I've bought twice and NO black heads don't come out HOWEVER it WORKS you have ACNE it will be gone Fast with baby skin make sure to use a moisturizer after though it drums you out!

the truth is it does work. it extracted my blackheads and left my skin glowy and without blackheads. no, the blackheads aren’t visible but it does indeed work. i have no reason to lie as the company, unfortunately, isn’t paying me. i’m just a regular person online.
