I use both everyday. I use the roller on my body. It started because I love stones & have always had a fascination with them. But now it almost helps me decompress after work & washing my face. It's cold & smooth so it also feels really nice.

Make sure to use sugar free gum, use two or split it in half to exercise both sides of the jaw, and I also found that drinking water and chewing the water into the gum makes it harder, which I imagine is better for exercising the jaw

I am so sick and tired of these obvious fake before and after pictures of people pulling their heads ba k in tje before and poking their heads fat forward in the after. I will still order this product because my face does retain fluid alot but I am happy going into without false expectations thinking it's going to sculpt my jawline only to be disappointed. I've been doing jaw exercises for about a month now but not seeing a difference yet. P.S. I'm very skinny so it's not due to bad diet. I eat very healthy.

I would only add that you shouldn't use this while your face is dry since it pulls the skin and can irritate it, damage it and create tension lines and wrinkles. Use an oil, moisturizer, serum or any product of your liking while you're doing your skincare. And remember, don't press hard, it's your face, not an empty toothpaste tube you refuse to give up on
I tend to get pretty bloated in the morning and for me a glass or two of water fixes the problem, less water more water retention. Try drinking more water first, if it helps, than you are whatever this thing costs richer.
That’s good advise, If i could put my 2 sense in, I’d suggest you have less sodium (salt) dense meals before going to sleep. (You shouldn’t be eating before you go to sleep anyways) Salt retains water and you can definitely see it in your face.
Facts, I do this too first thing in the morning. Also when you're feeling hungry, try drinking water first before looking for food cause u might just be a lil dehydrated :)
Also, do this with a wet/moisturized face!!!! There should be no tension on the skin! The tool should just be gliding on top, this prevents stretching the skin and causing wrinkles later on

It also break up tension at the muscle attachments along your jaw line. Good if you clench your jaw. And good for facial release since it’s kinda like scraping.
Your fingers are mushy which doesn’t have the solidness of the device, also the devices purpose is to wring out the fluid/bloatedness from your face and so your fingers wouldn’t work because they have fluid. It would be like trying to dry yourself with a wet towel.

This is true for face rollers as well it just basically depuffs ur face so in theory ur face appears slimmer bc ur face isn’t as puffy it works but its one of those things that u need to use daily to keep up and the affect doesn’t last all day
I have auto immune issues and lots of inflammation and these tools really do help with that! Bringing down inflammation and draining the lymph nodes around your face and neck, I suggest getting the stainless steel rollers and gua sha tools, I’ve had the rose quartz and Jade ones and they tend to break if you drop them. So get the stainless steel ones and keep it in like a mini fridge with your other skin care stuff, it’ll reeeaally help depuff, especially around your eyes in the morning! 🥰🫶🏽
