But this toner is formulated for Asian skin. It may work on Caucasian skin. It's funny that you are reviewing something that is not formulated for your type of skin.
@@the_zionnn First of all by common sense. Second by my knowledge of geography, biology and cosmetic industry. We cannot pretend that different races don't have differences in skin thickness, skin oiliness and that they don't age differently.

Why would they market it in a country filled with people of color if they intend it to be used on only Asian skin? Except you work for the brand and you have an inside information about the product being formulated only for Asian skin then I disagree with your claim.
