When you take a car to trade in and show the dealer the KBB value, they say that KBB is not a true representation of what the car is worth. They will always offer substantially less than what KBB says the trade-in value is. If you are buying, they will always use the highest amount that KBB says the car is worth when selling it to a private buyer. When they resell the car, somehow KBB becomes valid again These dealers are liars and cheats.

When ur car is totaled in accident the insurance will use NADA or KBB to pay you thats why u have to go with NADA book to find ur car value

Have you never been on KBB? Its not just miles and year. They take into account every single factory option you could think of and they like like 4 different condition levels to choose from. Not to mention everybody who post their car online is asking too much. It's not about how much they're asking for it's what they are selling for, which is also what KBB goes off of. I mean I do the same type of research you do but I use KBB as well

@@mafikdew78 the KBB offer is an average number based on similar vehicles that have recently sold. It takes comps and gives you the average of them.

Saw a 2014 dodge dart on CL for 3500 the same dart was on a dealer lot for 8000 what a difference

Dealers always do that. There is a mustang for 14,000, they were trying so hard to get me to buy it. I said no and bought the same thing for 9000 on fb

Yes but how come they say All. Ford escapes have lots of factory issues bit there's tons on the road and.still very.popular inthis case they exaggerate a lot

Mine has over 300.000 and the 2.3 is still very. strong and re aly good on fuel many.people sware on.the Ford escapes ..2o 08.. 2010
