although it's originally Shane's idea of "the truth about" but who says other RU-vidrs can't do the same? like "morning routine" or "what's in my bag" they are also someone's original idea that is passed on and on until nobody knows where it even came from, so we're lucky to know that this is originally Shane's but nobody says it should remain to be Shane's forever. i think we need to move towards the good things and spread the positive energy out and around, so that everybody has a story to tell and a place to speak up, and be aware of the real lives behind camera.

kasicat 17:3 For sure! Alex mentioned in a podcast that their biggest issue was about him moving in. Lauren felt like it was time for them to start living together, but Alex didn’t feel ready. The pressure from the constant “when are you moving in together?” probably caused her to feel the way she did.

Fans of both of their channels really need to see this video. I've been watching both of their channels forever. I didn't even really think of how tough it really had to be for them. And for crying out loud this video isn't the reason they broke up but shows you why they broke up. It seriously isn't healthy to be under that amount of stress. I love both of them and will continue to watch both of them no matter what happens their their relationships because I never saw any negativity between them. A few fans maybe, but never them.

I think one of the pressure's of a public relationship is all the questions, but the one that irritates me if they are having troubles, people say, " but you guys are perfect for each other" and "I ship it" and they just want to figure things out without people telling them they are horrible for hurting such a great person or something like that.

I think we need to clear something up - EVERYONE has stress and pressure in their life. Not just RU-vidrs. Whether you're studying, working full time for a company or maybe you're raising a family - life can be stressful for everyone. I do empathise with RU-vidrs and appreciate it is hard. But it doesn't discount the fact that everyone has their own stuff going on and a lot of the time we're expected to put on a happy front.

Yes but the point of the series is that people don’t think that RU-vidrs have stuff going on beyond what viewers see in their videos. It isn’t meant to “discount” from the fact that everyone has stuff going on... it’s meant to bring attention to the fact that RU-vidrs are more than what you see in their videos
