Ok the first part of this video had me putting on glasses and sipping tea… I’m getting documentary vibes and I like it. It really do be like this tho, people spending money as soon as they get it and spending hours hunting for best prices.
Dude...this was hilarious and well made!! 🤣 Also the ending news segment with Coconut and the missing Canadian RU-vidrs almost made me fall out of my chair I was laughing so hard. Bravo my friend 👏
My sole reason I’d army built many clones was seeing everyone else’s armies and large numbers many years ago, it fueled me with envy, anger and hate seeing so many clones I didn’t have many of. Back in the day years ago when I was a young lad, I couldn’t get clones in large numbers due to the fact I was a kid, this was also when prices were dirt cheap btw. Many years later with determination, jealousy and persistence I got what I wanted, I filled some display cases, got other individual clones of various kinds, got some cac figs, some custom classic clones and then started decaling minifigures so I finally rose to the height I desired, I never regretted buying anything and enjoyed the large numbers of minifigures that’ll all have a few uses in Mocs and stop motion later down the line.
Really enjoyed the comedy mixed with the seriousness in this one! Gotta love the good old ego shirt. Guess I have to buy a cloud city boba to convince a girl to… wait sTrANgLeD tO dEaTh By HeR i WiLl GeT
I feel like army building is more fun when you don’t post it online, but rather just something to look at in your own home when you are bored. Kind of like looking at a model of a city or landscape. I still don’t think it is worth wasting all of your money on it.
I completely agree, it's a disease and completely selfish on people's part. there's no need to buy so many lego troops and just have them sat on Grey baseplates.
Even though this is meant to be satire I learned a lot about what this phenomenon is, for some reason seeing people buying six or seven of the same set and posting it on Reddit really made me mad, and I couldn’t understand why. Last week I was tempted to buy two 501st walker packs at Walmart but decided to leave it for some future kid/adult to enjoy, but knowing there are people that hoard legos like people here in Utah (I lold at the star destroyer homicide at the end of the video) hoard ammunition kinda takes that good feeling away. TLDR: I have money, I love Lego Star Wars, why do I feel guilty when I think about spending the money? shouldn’t I buy more LEGO’s? Where do I draw the line?? BTW KSL has LEGO’s too lol
i like army building, but i army build with robots made of bricks, and i can get a brick for 2-3 cents because i use fake legos. The fake legos i use are good quality plus they have better clutch power than lego
Army buiding hobby predates Lego. In the past, and still today, they are/were historical painted lead, tin, and plastic soldiers. It is/was an expensive hobby and had always been and still today caters to adults with money. So Lego armies are more affortable and open up to the cash strapped masses, kids under 18 (the above commentator), and kids over 18.
I'd pretty much only army build if i wanted to flesh out a giant battle scene moc. Other than that i can't justify buying a large amount of the same figure. I like having unique figures.
This is 100% accurate. Maybe u should amass an army of over sexualized figs.. nothing screams "VIEWS" like 100 slave Leia or aftermarket ripped shirt Padme figs Also, u should consider making these kinds of video's on a normal basis
I just started to make my clone army, and I can say I can build mocs lol, I just find it a fun flex to have Wait hold up telling a girl u have a p2 captain rex won’t make her wanna date her? Dang…
