This is so sad when parents cant tell a child they are going down the wrong street .worst yet is when their support them .its true you cant make someone do what you want but you can tell them what is right . Then the rest is up to the individual person that dont mean you love them any less .
I cant...my youngest daughter and I went shopping and she kept getting calls from this woman. She had been talking to someone every night I was visiting her. She introduced me to her over messenger and flashed the phone at me and she acted both embarrassed and quiet. Back to the shopping, I was in line with her, and it came to me, Katie, are you gay..?? She's like mom I can't talk about it right now. Wait until we get in the car. She said she met her when she was deployed to South Korea. This woman is lots older than her. That I don't get. She said she wasn't sure if she was fully lesbian. I'm like, well you know how you were brought up. I felt like her dad and I made a mistake in her parenting. She's leaving the Air Force after being in getting to Technical Sgt. I thought for sure she would stay in and retire. More prayers, definitely more 🙏

@@mlmbeliever Well as a child psychologist I will tell you I understand kids even though from an Afro-centric context. What I understand from the Eurocentric context is kids develop fast enough and are exposed to certain content also. So yes you are right it could be happening also due to the environment. Now one thing I will add is most children I know from my context who were males but more feminine and females but Tom Boys were never considered as gays or Lesbians. Luckily years later most of them never conformed to these things as there are many Tom Boys who ended up being great ladies and got married even and may feminine guys who had loads of girlfriends. Yes I agree. Also if partner is not enough for certain personality. Then person who fell in love with them end up dissapointed. I mean passive partners. Also many people have low self confidence but they would not admit.(meaning that they think other person would gave them love, but how is that possible if they dont love themself in the first place??)Instead they try to find that in someone else. But also as comment above in some people you just see it. They have more hormones. Even from early age.
