Because those player took unders to stay . If they did that in the beginning there woukd have been no issue but they didnt want to so signed 2 contracts . 100% cheating and just missing 1 player in smith they got smashed 40 nil and they were still over the cap. Dirty cheats there whole thing was cheating had to cheat in tackles too lol

@@ziggyhogan7560 They lost Inglis, Finch, Hoffman, etc after 2010, the big 3 retired and countless others have moved on and still they continue to be the greatest sporting team in Australian history due the to great culture and absolute mastermind, Craig Bellamy. Also many other clubs have been found guilty of salary cap breaches and still kept their titles which is bullshit.

Great video. The worst mistake they made was getting caught (Unlike other teams) and giving the league the opportunity to drag down the pesky colonials who had gotten too big for their boots and been more successful than they were meant to. How dare a Melbourne team win premierships! Go Storm!

I still believe the Storm are suspicious when it comes to money. One of Australia's greatest sport clubs, but not a single Victorian-raised league household produced in 25 years. The defunct Melbourne Rebels were able to produce more Victorian rugby players in less time
