I f you have a youtube channel of uploading your beats in regular manner. Then its easy to Sell your beats on a store.. I'm still getting beat sales from beats uploaded 1 year ago.. Thats the best advantage having a beat store to get upsells..

Its a bit of a pet peeve for 'type beat producers' to be attracting other producers online when we want to attract rappers and singers and this all feeds into the algorithm and keeps it in a loop.. no pun 🤷🏽‍♂️

There are already too many type beat producers on youtube that solely rely on loops, so if everyone did this I think it would breed even more people just relying on loops, making the youtube game even more saturated and the loop catalog even more saturated as well. I think this is a great idea with some touch ups. I think it would be cool if you could do a "build you own" loop kit thing. You can select 5,10,15, or hell even 30 of your favorite loops and the more loops you get the larger the discount. Keep it up Simon, I firmly believe this can be a real way to sell loops.

I had a debate with a youtuber a year ago about this very subject. Using splice and loopkits and how easy it is to make beats now days. How today, it seems like there are WAY more producers than rappers. He was saying that its a good thing, but pretty soon there will be no market for selling beats. With all the tutorials and loop kits and sample packs, rappers will be able to make their own beats.

Dude I was just thinking about this (not to the extent of using beatstars) but hell the beatstars thing would be beneficial especially if I'm not making full beat sales regularly. Even though my channel isn't that big but more producers follow me across all my main socials than artist so hell I think you right when it comes to catering to your current audience. Can't sale beats to producers, so may as well go the soundkit, soundloops, etc route. When I implement this I will definitely tag you in my results post on instagram.

Maybe you should release the beats you make as type beats along with a tutorial so that you can attract more rappers to want to buy your beats while still catering to your producer fanbase by still selling drum kits and doing tutorials for us too
