Encore, Damo…we’ll dine! Giant puffball mushrooms are edible. Some say they have no real taste of their own and just absorb the flavors around them like tofu. Others have described their taste as rich, earthy, and nutty. If you're lucky enough to live in an area where they're sold, you can pick one up at the store. Only young puffballs are edible. If you find one that is soft, brown, or full of spores inside then it's too mature for you to eat. That is the time to kick it, which seems wasteful, but it actually releases the spores into the air, and betters your chances of finding more puffballs in the area in the future. The large white mushrooms are edible when young, as are all true puffballs, but can cause digestive upset if the spores have begun to form-as indicated by the color of the flesh being yellowish or greenish-brown instead of pure white. Yes, giant white puffball mushrooms, also known as Calvatia gigantea, are edible when they are young. They are round, white, and grow on small stems on the ground.

Damo, I was born and lived in London until I was 25. I never thought I would leave, however, London is no longer the place I loved. I now live in the Suffolk countryside. I am waiting for my retirement before moving to Thailand to live the rest of my life. You guys are so lucky to have found each other, having children, and you are living your dream!

The White mushrooms that she had no idea what the name is known as I think should be Calocybe gambosa. You're so perfect by telling your British husband's story for the first time that both of you met, dated and married. I'm so happy that he is still taking care of not only you, including your mom and the kids who are grouping in your farmhouse too. His is an honest person who treats you all well no matter how long you're still with him and There is a great deal of duty that Ryan and you owe to one another, such as to instruct, admonish, pray, watch over one another, and be continual helpers to each other in order to you all everlasting happiness as both of you must also patiently bear with the infirmities of each other.

Hi Mo and Ryan Regarding to a style of living you asked in middle of the video. Well, I was a city girl who lived in Bkk for years, but I wouldn’t go back to that life style anymore since I found my real journey here in the rural land. It’s so good to see what you guys are doing there in your beautiful property. My husband and I are doing similar things, but in Australia. We live completely off grid, and have a sustainable life style of living. It’s amazing, but it’s not rosy all the time. We’re still building our house. We have got a few animals. It’s hard work though especially with PIGS, but we keep learning everyday from this journey. Living in a property always gives you other perspectives in life, you will always need more different skills to do different things, so to appreciate or be grateful each other between husband and wife is one of the most beautiful thing. You have such a beautiful family! Very happy for you. Enjoy your journey guys! 😊 Cheers!

Ryan, been awhile since I have watch your Lovely Family - As I have always commented to you Damo is such a Gem - My Fiancée is Thai she's older than Damo but they have Identical behaviors its unreal. I'm watching the Chook being cooked and its so good to see people in this happy. I have had some bad times but it looks like I should be in Thailand very soon. I wouldn't eat those mushrooms. I was looking online and saw a photo of a poisonous mushroom that looks like those in this video. (Thailand TV News May 20 2022) You never can be too sure. I would get rid of those! 😮

Mo takes over 👍 Those white mushroom gills I'm not so sure about not like anything we can eat here. I prefer the mountains, I go on trips for two weeks by myself in a valley, Hunt, fish, walk or fly my drone. Live simple making a fire to cook. But of happy plant and a beer and look at the stars. I have lived in big cities the money can be good but I don't enjoy it. You should give us some dirt on Ryan so we can pay him out for a while 🤣 No edit just record and upload, then when he gets up later in the day he can find out when your already gone to the market.

What a great video Mo. Wonderful to see your life and that you are so fulfilled. That is fantastic. My family and I have a similar story in the Philippines but we currently live in Australia and hopefully we may return to live in the Philippines when our kids are grown. Nice to see some of the animals, love those pigs. Turkeys cute? Ugliest animal!!!!! The countryside is far more appealing than the city, plenty to do always but so peaceful and slower way of life.
