@@bomboclaat1509 Being on steroids doesn't come with a default look...Chance you've seen someone on test, deca,tren etc and not even known. "bodybuilders always accuse people because it makes them feel better about their own abuse of roids" not sure why someone that has competed would care.

The thing is, Eddie says Reeves physique is unnatural and yet in other videos he’s gone on to say that other physique (that are better than Reeves) are definitely achievable naturally 😂. It seems like he wakes up everyday and changes his opinion 🤣.

Well it's a age thing too. For younger people can't get as built and reev does look fairly young and there's certain ways muscle grows with anabolic help. Final point kinda unrelated to what u said but with steroids the muscle growth aspect of them are permanent. So if your on the gear between 18 and 19 you will always have faster muscle growth

I see nothing about Reev's body that points to steroids. He is in amazing shape and most likely blessed with good genetics. Couple that with hard work in the gym and pretty much anyone can achieve his body 100% naturally.

Don't "Most likely blessed with good genetics" and "anyone can achieve his body 100% naturally." kinda contradict each other, I believe the guy when he says hes not on gear and anyone can definitely get a good body naturally but for the average person with average genetics this physique is a bit out of reach or at the least very unsustainable.

@@yin3229It’s really not, most sports professionals or athletes have at bare minimum reevs stature, not so much genetics, more like you were lazy as a kid and didn’t play any sports, and now don’t believe you can get fit cause you’ve never experienced it.

You're definitely natural. Obviously when you see photos with perfect light and a pump it might look otherwise, but you don't have those huge 5d delts, arms or traps that someone smashing steroids and training might. Congrats on all the hard work, you look great!

Even though he’s bigger then some guys who are on gear - Reeves doesn’t have any of the signs of gear use like disproportionately large and round traps and shoulders, and lesser signs like acne, gyno, balding etc. The man’s just in great shape

Been in the gym for some years now years. You can definitely achieve your physique naturally (not quite there myself) with hard work and dedication to the diet. Your physique I’d say is just a top tier natural physique, a good representation of what can be achieved naturally with correct diet and training over a longer period of time

Currently have a similar physique - took 10 years hard work and consistency. With steroids I’d hope to be much further along after 10 years - people who are willing to take steroids themselves will always try and paint others with the same brush 👍

The only thing I would say is missing in this video is you could explain your fitness journey, maybe the time it took you to get the physique you have, that could potentially have made it easier to understand the process of everything but other than that great video. You don't see other fitness people going to the extent of what you've done so fair play. Take it as a compliment and continue doing what you're doing motivating people to achieve more in life and a healthier life.

I have mentioned in other videos (since making the switch from FIFA) that I've been training for over a decade, not consistent throughout in terms of weight training, but certainly fitness disciplines. I qualified as a PT about 6/7 years ago and obtained a CF-L1 qualification 2 years ago (crossfit). I think all things considered people shouldn't ever really look at me and think I would be on steroids given the time frame I've lifted weights for, I just wanted to clarify

I rate the fact you've clarified it the way you have there are a lot of people in fitness that wouldn't do that and it further proves the hard work you've put in to achieve what you have, it's inspiring man. It's clear REEV has a good genetic baseline and is just someone who has consistently worked out and looked after himself for 10+ years. Who would've though regular excercise and not eating like shit 24/7 for most of your adult life will give you an attainable, athletic build.
