Honestly, this is the ONLY time I watched a whole video with the Ace family. They are just not my vibe..from the beginning something felt off about them. I hope they and their family flourish, but in a way that brings them real peace. Not all this materialism that is so hollow, if it has no substance at the core.

I agree with you. I only watched this video since I knew you would summarize the key interesting points. This couple made a lot of mistakes with their first house and then blamed everything on everyone else. No accountability. Anyway, this one is def a rental! Thanks for making the video bearable.

Their explanation of the issues with their first house has been found to be all lies. Lots of channels have covered it. An alarm in a pool is not sufficient. I don't care how much it takes away from the aesthetic of the backyard, they should have a fence. That is not a risk anyone should be willing to take with kids even if they know how to swim.

They did not hire an unlicensed contractor. He had an owner builder permit and did not need a licence for the property. The two of them became officers of the contractor's company to get the house for cheap. They also allegedly committed mortgage fraud.
