Thank you for the demo and review. I just got one of these and was thinking about adding an on/off valve to it. The steam hose is 5/16" OD, so the ID is likely 3/16".

Have you tried it on stove tops and inside the oven ,, instead of using (oven off) cleaners ?

True steam is water vapor. It is a colorless, odorless GAS. At standard temperature, humidity, and pressure, it generally will only remain a gas at temperatures at, or above 112F (100C). As such, true steam is invisible. What you see billowing out that is commonly called “steam”, is actually a cloud of tiny droplets that the steam first condenses into once it encounters lower temperatures and pressure, like when it exits a nozzle at the end of a hose. This cloud can still be extremely HOT, but only in very close proximity to the nozzle tip. It is here that any melting or sterilization can happen. Beyond about 3” from the tip, it is just a vigorous jet of hot water, which is often very useful for cleaning and sanitizing, but shouldn’t be mistaken for true steam.

Thank for the video, but you should put steam on your electronics unless you for sure that all seam and contact point are waterproof. Steam is atomized water.
