Those projects "use to be" on the West Side of Wilmington, home to the West Side Wilmas and the Water Front Pirus. Second, no such thing as Wilmington PD. Most of the Harbor Area is patrolled by the LAPD.
The ESPain Ghost Town Bloods don't beef with Long Beach 20s or the Insane Crips. Even though some of the ESP/GTB hang on the West Side of Long Beach witch is right down the street from Wilmington. They do beef with the Long Beach West Coast 80s Crips and the WS Longos. They also have a big presence in San Pedro now. The main beef is with ESWilmas, Harbor City Crips, vHarbor City 13, Dodge City Crips, and few smaller Crip gangs on the North Side of Long Beach.

There have always been ESPGTB and ESWILMAS13 in Ghost Town since I was born (1986). The Bloods aren't as present as before. But there are a couple of dudes still around. Mostly OGz. The youngsters make appearances for social media BS. But, they really be deep in Long Beach (North Side).
