So sorry this happened to you. I did interior design work for them and terminated our contract after it took them months to pay me for Christmas decor. I called them out on the “Cathy” persona as well. They lack integrity. My heart breaks for the kids. While we were there doing work they would leave the kids upstairs for hours unattended. The kids need to removed from the home because they are not receiving the proper care. No formal learning or developmental assistance. It’s beyond sad.

Yes. I knew it was Justin because of the horrible grammar and the responses weren’t during business hours. I don’t know what their end game is. The kids don’t have sufficient living quarters. They prioritized furniture in the areas where they filming. Never purchased furniture for the kids room and I think they were sleeping on an air mattress. I knew they were lying about the 3rd set of twins when we discussed the design scope of work. They always talked about 1 baby versus 2.

Save the children. Maybe have a different review channel and tell your side of what you're seeing. If they don't compensate you, RU-vid will and you'll be able to help those kids. Other reviewers will talk about it and the awareness expands. You should also ask the babysitter to tell her side. That is really vital. I wish people would have more guts to do what's RIGHT. I am an Atlanta creative as well and I used to work for celebs and influencers as well. I got burned by them. They scammed me and never paid me. I decided to just focus on building my corporate career so in 2019 I focused on breaking into the tech industry. Tech has a lot good opportunities for videography. I want to believe she was pregnant with twins for the third time and one possibly passed during the process and she just wanted to keep the twin pregnancy thing going. I know of a girl who was pregnant and loss one of the babies throughout and never speaks of that baby ever. They did say she loss one and left it at that.

The oldest are almost 6 and not even potty trained they to sorry to take the time out to potty train them lets you know how much they care they can’t even start school unless kids are potty trained. They don't want the extra attention it takes to potty train and they definitely don't want the extra laundry that comes with potty training.. all the accidents & wet bedding & reminding to go potty all that takes dedication. They should be teaching them the basics and much more. tying their own shoes is a basic skill any child can learn. It builds confidence they are in need of so much that they are lacking like reading and writing builds their self esteem.

Hey there - I just so happened to come across your review and I totally sympathize with you. I am a brand designer and have dealt with some shady clients who wanted everything yesterday, yet want to pay me tomorrow or simply don't pay. I have been a designer for over 20 years and this no longer happens to me because 1) ALWAYS ask for 50% upfront so that bad clients have made a significant investment and have something to lose 2) Ask for the remaining 50 % prior to you turning over the finals. I know that this doesn't always work but it helps to weed out stupid clients who do not deserve your work. Also, seek a wage garnishment for your pay - it is owed to you. If you cannot afford an attorney, contact legal aid in your area, they can help you. Good luck to you and NEVER sign a client's contract if it is not mutually beneficial. You create your own contract or negotiate their contract so that it's fair to you. If you find you cannot garnish their wages, chalk this up to a lesson learned and move on. They suck.

So I don’t know what they have been doing with the last 2 boys but I’m almost positive that the first 2 sets of twins appear to be developmentally delayed. Also the thumbnails of the last 2 boys appears some what delayed or disabled. I refuse to click play on any of their videos to see for myself. In no way am I making fun of disabled children because I work in healthcare but I’m just saying if you don’t have time for these special needs then you should not be having them. Maybe they are doing it so they can get checks for these kids.

Although they do look like their parents so I wasn't sure just based off of their looks. When i first started watching them i noticed that something was wrong with the darker twin he never really seemed happy he never talked. I was like this kid always seem sad. I'm glad you figured these people out so quickly. If it looks like they are taking advantage - like not letting you eat lunch, just be firm and say, I am having lunch right now and this is not on the schedule. It will feel weird at first to tell people no but you'll get used to it and you even found that some people will get angry with you when you don't allow them to take advantage of you. Some people will test your boundaries every chance they get.

I watched the Jackson's of Atlanta for a short time but stopped when I felt they were not authentic. I am truly sorry that you were one of the individuals they scammed. Thanks for sharing your experiences working for them. Hopefully, other potential employees will do a Google search or a background check to prevent having the same experience. The Lord teaches us in his word that the best way to determine the character of a person is to look at how they are living their lives. I don't know or care who these people are to which you are referring but your own humility and genuine authentic character shines through. Sounds like this couple was able to take advantage of you because of your good nature but only for a short while and from it you gained valuable insight as well as wisdom needed for future employers down the road. It is very possible that the only reason your paths crossed in the first place was because of their children and even though you were there to perform a technical task it could be the catalyst for change from others who come after you; hopefully they will also pay attention to the children's needs and report them. Many abusive neglectful parents are hiding in plain sight on social media these days and it sounds like this may be another case of Narcissistic parenting.
