Why would anyone need to pay to use a property deal sourcer? If you know your numbers, and what appliance goes where, and the tradesmen to instruct, get a survey done, why do i need someone to tell me ''That's a good deal'' i'm amazed at people who actually pay for this, more money than sense

It makes sense to pay a deal Sourcer when I don’t have the time to package your own deals maybe because you have multiple deals running already.

i mean they can find you and secure properties for you that you might have not seen or have links to get first dibs on properties which they sell on, there is a market for it

Same way people order ubber eats or just eat. They could go get it, but rather paying the delivery charge because of the convenience and time saving. Same way for a property investors. They have the money but not the time to the research
