This participation ribbon society is irritating. If you have never been in a locker room or been friends with people on a team, the competition is insane and so are the jokes. It’s always one-upsmanship that fosters a bond and breaks communication barriers. This crying and sensitivity is for moms on the sidelines - not for advancing the cohesion on a team. Plus, you hear the man say he NEVER spoke to that wideout until then. These people have no clue as to how the dynamics of the locker room works so don’t expect a working understanding of their processes.
It’s sad that this has to be explained to some people, these football players are living their best life. A lot of people never went to college or never participated in anything, so they don’t understand building relationships from competition. Darius people can’t wait til you drop content, your ride or die fans and these haters, so continue to be uniquely you. I am a proud internet Auntie ❤️
As a sports fan, I truly only am interested in teams when I know about the individuals on them. I like hearing about their interests and concerns. I don't an F about "Production" in any way. Healthy competition is the fun of watching a game, but over all, I just want to see people joke and have fun. Connection, relatability and authenticity is the core of art (I am an artist, blah blah), but it's true, it's more investment in what's worth it in life. So, good job. These guys have so much to experience, and it's great to see a snippet of the journey. These videos are their documents of this era to look back on. A retrospective, if you will, in the making.
Good competition should be inspiration to work harder. People will try to make things negative in hopes that you’ll fight one another because if you’re close you’re powerful. Don’t fall for it. Stick together. In less than 90 days they’ll get to see where the beef is.

I understand why you want to clean it up but most of the people in the comments never played college football or athletics at any point. Thank goodness we didn’t have cameras back in the early 90’s😂😂 at the end of the day it brings you closer. I still talk to my teammates 30 years later
Not gonna lie bro, it was definitely corny to do that. You gotta be careful being the cameraman you hold a unique position. This is a constructive critique, I won’t blindly agree with something just because I’m a supporter of the team. Just be careful inserting yourself into the story you’re documenting.
Every time you put these gentlemen on the camera, that’s draws closer attention to other people looking at them on business how they handle themselves with feedback and everything. People get mad because they can’t predict or read the ideas you have in your head as a creator Darius. All they see is the final product. The avg person only sees what they see. Plus people are also trying to create who the starting DB will be on the other side of Travis Hunter. People also haven’t shaken off the departure of Cormani. So between who will become that started DB and listening to DB’s talking about getting beat it triggers people subconsciously back to Cormani getting beat. People want the DB room to be so solid but because they saw this debate between DB’s and receivers people are still emotionally hurt from last season. People hear DB’s getting beat in practice and then they project this into August based on this one clip. They want admit it but that’s why they are claiming messy and this division talk. Trash talk and ragging on each other about who beat who happens within all positions. These people need to move on from last season. This is a new season and a new path. CU has upgraded and the this years record will also have an upgrade. Trust the process folks. From high school to college the formula works. It can’t be stopped. Stay tune all you haters out there.

I understand the dynamics between teammates. And it’s all good to trash talk. That’s fine. When the camera is there some people take shit to heart and get in their feelings. Look at Willy Gaines. He was out to get his above the team. So was a bunch of those transfers that left. We just don’t want to see the team splinter is all. We love our team and we want them to compete in a healthy way. I don’t even think one video is a big deal. But to have a weekly “who got bombed on” WILL have somebody in their feelings..don’t nobody wanna be that. It’s all love. For me atleast it was constructive criticism. I want what’s best for the buffs period!💯

It’s not that they don’t understand, it’s about their perception and the motivation behind their perception. They don’t know what healthy competition looks like. Honestly, they may not even know how to compete. The back and forth is part of the iron sharpening iron process. There are people who will always refuse to view anything this team and it’s coaches do as a positive (winning the natty included) and honestly we truly don’t give a ish because Buff Nation stands on business. This season business will be good.
