I can relate to this, currently I’m stuck in the “nothing really matters” mode because I had attached so much worth to possessions. I know it will be hard to make this a new normal and to find a healthy balance but watching this is reassuring because if on your scale you are finding balance, then how could I not? This is so relatable! I was always "rewarding" myself OR I had a rough day so I needed to "treat myself" and like you mentioned, was just super impulsive. It all boiled down to my mental health and once I received the right diagnosis this year and started getting treatment everything changed. I love how relatable you can be ! Thanks for this video

Well done for realising you have a problem and doing something about it. I have my own shopping demons. I found that practicing gratitude helps, but when you couple that with being genuinely happy for other people, recognising that what they (appear to) have does not take away from you in any way. For me, that was the key to contentment.

It’s very easy to assign too much worth to possessions, and it can definitely be a fine line between treating/rewarding yourself and having a problem. Glad you’re doing better and feeling better. I’ve definitely noticed that you do less and smaller hauls now.
