okay so im a sophomore in hs and i just recently got out of a relationship 5 months ago. We had been together for 3 years buttt it was constantly on & off , we could not stay together for at least months because he would get mad over everything or I would leave him too bc people would tell me like he has anger issues. Anyways, he was so clingy too & I’m not saying it’s bad to be clingy but his way of being clingy was non tolerant , he would never understand that I AM A MEXICAN DAUGHTER THAT HAS TO DO CHORES AND COOK WHEN MY MOTHER ISNT HERE sooo when I couldn’t hang out he would throw a tantrum and he would always tell me “you’re a bad gf” “bitch” he would just tell me words that you shouldn’t be telling anyone . Anyways , it got to the point where I couldn’t even have any friends, he saw me texting my guy friend but it wasn’t in a flirty way like I thought it was okay to have guy friends just like he had girl friends too and I didn’t mind it. He left me bc I didn’t let him boss me around like that, I was asked to choose bw him or my friend , I chose myself bc I was not about to put up with a guy like that anymore and I’m still friends with the other guy I never have and never will see him as anything else but he never understood that. But yea that’s my story of my toxic relationship
