This was well said. Just listing the facts not getting emotional and not getting people angry at Chris but asking them to pray for him. May Chris experience a revelation and repent and go and make peace with Josh and his wife not bringing his gift to the altar (his church building project) until this is done. One lesson you can learn from this is that Christianity is not about doing things for God and ministry and all that, these things can easily be trappings and fall into the bracket of "cares of this life". Christianity is not about doing things for Jesus its about BEING WITH JESUS. Often i pray "God do whatever u have to do in order to break me" because it's only by pure grace & mercy that i understand anything spiritual at all. God doesn't speak to everyone, we should cry with thankfulness, with much gratitude & humility at the fact that he even tugs on our heart telling us to pray or give him time. That in itself is so much mercy, because so many have hard hearts & reject him, therefore they grieve the holy spirit. Many are called, but that seed eventually falls by the wayside or amongst thorns where it gets choked. They fight for awhile but eventually give up, or they're overtaken by their lusts/idols in their own hearts & they fall away. Its only the chosen who are faithful & endure that bare fruit, the ones crying out daily in our prayer closet because we see that our flesh wants to drag us to hell. Once we understand that nothing good dwells in us, then it's easier to weep & beg God for mercy and forgiveness. Each of us are undeserving of everlasting life, like u said i don't want a glorious crown & to be exalted....i just wanna be found pleasing to God, to be accepted & worthy before him. To be justified & redeemed by Jesus blood, to be sealed as God's child & have my name written in the book of life!!!!! I could seriously cry just writing this because the holy spirit will pull & tug on ur heart so much just to long to be with him. It comes down to full surrender, full obedience like a little child & unconditional love! We serve him because we respect his authority as king of kings & lord of Lords, he deserves all honor, worship, & glory! But we also devote ourselves entirely to serve him & live for him in the hidden, in the depths of our hearts because we love him!
Chris, I don't know what is the depth of the issues you guys face and I'm not gonna be like a lot of immature Christians here who would capitalize on this to discredit you. I believe to identify a problem or error one must watch the fruit but to solve it one must study the root. One thing I'd advise you on is just be careful about the building of a church, never let anything steal your affections from God. The people are the church, not the building. I really liked when in your video about your deliverance you were so grateful to God that you said you didn't even care much about this church anymore and something in me said "Yes, He is putting his affections where they need to be!" I go to a church where the leaders have fall into this trap of building while people are spiritually dead and have no fire for Jesus and they can't discern it. I think you're a called person and sometimes the problems you face don't discredit you but could show your own weakness and how easy it is ( the closer you get to God) to fall if you literally don't depend on God every single day and redirect your focus to other things, and even good things too! It's the Mary and Martha concept. Be Mary and not Martha. Gauge yourself, ask questions like, what am I thinking about the most, what drives me everyday, is it this church or is it simply Jesus and being with Him? What am I desiring to devote all my time too? Ministry can be a diversion if we direct too much attention to it. Even Christ withdrew from people to be with the Father. Concerning the treatment of wives, I believe a wife is a gift from God to help us gauge our walk with Him. Personally, based on the way I treat my wife I know where I'm at spiritually. Even if women can be out of line, that in itself is being used by God to test our reactions. For me personally If I realize I'm getting irritated and angry toward my wife then that is signs that I'm not as crucified as I need to be and I need to fast. Because of knowing the depth of pride and how it grows gradually I try to fast at least once a week and my wife is noticing how loving I get when I crucify this flesh. So once irritation starts coming in, you can already consider that pride is growing and will eventually lead to more sins. All this is not always easy but God has shown me how worthless and wicked we are if we don't depend on Him utterly. I fast once a week and so wish I wasn't working a a daytime Job so I could fast way more and keep this pride crucified and stay in humility through fasting and Vigils. I look forward to every weekend just so I could fast and get the pride down along with all the demonic passions that follow(irritation, anger, anxiety, frustration). The flesh really profits nothing and some times I wish I could live an ascetic life like these early Christians did because that is where Jesus really is. You clearly have a lot on your plate that one man shouldn't be burdened with. Let it all go and just desire Jesus above all. Literally let Jesus steal your taste buds from everything else. Ross Daniel I fasted recently for 3 days while working very hard. And I'm a women. It can be done. Last year i fasted 7 days, hot sommer, pushing buggy 3 hrs daily. Not that hard but saw demons around my bed. That scared me a little to NOT to fast but i will again.

this is how my dad treated my mom for 15 years until my mom finally left. He dislocated her shoulder, held her up against the wall, took her money, phone, and car keys to control where she was and what she did. The yelling and screaming happened a couple days a week, and they were both claiming "christians", but my dad had a problem. my mom wasnt perfect, but things got nasty a lot. when i was in 7th grade my mom left and took me and my brothers with her. Im 20 now, been saved since May of last year, and i haven't seen my father since 7th grade. But the amount of pain my mom went through and the amount of ridicule she went through from the church, more than 3 churches didn't want my mom or my brothers and i at the church because she divorced my father. For years my mom had no one and was all alone to raise 4 young boys. after 8th grade i started doing drugs and getting in trouble and made everything worse. throughout the years of things getting bad, there was a turn around. My mom found a good christian man that treats her better than she ever would have thought, and since ive been saved the relationship with my mom has been so strong i wouldn't change it for the world. But my father.. he got remarried and not even a year ago the lady left because he was abusing her as well. Im thankful that the Lord has given my mom and family strength through this long trial, because in the end were all starting to have peace in God. I have an interview coming up for my career as a mechanic in the union with many benefits, a year ago i had no clue what i wanted to do and how to get there if i did. Duke dude it’s hard. Think about your faith being tested. I myself had a bad experience years ago with a cult like pastor. It was terrible totally turned me off from my walk with God but only for a short while I realized that what I had with God was real and that the lies I was fed was the enemy. Tess, no, matters nothing to a narcissist Jezebel, I know this because I am dealing with one within the family and have observed its operation for about a year now. Whatever you say, it will always flip the truth and flip it back on you, but, people do know Josh told the truth and Chris is a liar, so from this point on Chris's narcissist Jezebel will start loosing power, which is why it is so angry now. The more I watch these people the more I have come to believe that they are truly given over and God is DONE! It's amazing how similar the situation you went through was to my situation I had years back. To make a long detailed story short.... I went to serve the Lord with this brother because he invited me and I had seen him work miracles and cast out demons. I had forsaken everything as well. But I always felt condemned when I was around him and afraid to go against what he would say thinking I would be going against what God is saying. Eventually it got to the point where I really had to pray and seek the Lord to find out if this man was in the truth. My wife and I both had dreams from the Lord and studying scripture and the Holy Spirit giving us discernment to see that this man was operating in another spirit. I was really broken. A spirit of divination a self exalting spirit and insecure spirit. It is very deceiving and so close to the truth that it draws people in that are hungry to do the real work of ministry. But praise the Lord for his patience and mercy and deliverance because after that he really blessed me with that separation from that yoke I had with that man. Something that encouraged me later when reading why revival tarries by Leonard Ravenhill. He talked about this because I had seen it in two different men that the gifts and callings of God are without repentance. Even Satan himself had gifts and callings and still has power to do certain things but his heart is not with the Lord and is doing evil and exalting himself. That helped me to take my eyes off of man and on Jesus solely. I pray for your healing brother and because I know how traumatic it can be when you trust somebody to be of God and then God separates you..Lord bless you

I feel your relief, its palpable. 30 years ago I was in an extremely violent relationship. I understand the manipulation. My ex said he was "saved' during this time. His behaviour got worse, he believed he could do whatever because God forgives. This made me turn my back on God for years. I blamed Him. Thankfully He found me again recently. Lisa Davies Thank you, sis. I need all the prayers I can get. I am currently living with my parents and blocked all of his numbers. I just want my 1st love (Jesus Christ). I don't care about the embarrassment anymore of only being married for 2 months and already having to separate. I have never been treated so badly and this is by a so-called "child of God".. It hurts because I truly thought he was sent by God. He treated me so wonderfully in the beginning. He was the first man that I dated that wanted us to pray together. We read the Bible together. He was so gentle and caring. We were on a spiritual journey with God together. He was the only man I had dated that was perfectly fine with us waiting until marriage for sex. I thought he was great. I knew he had flaws, but I would have never imagined this. After we got married, everything declined so rapidly. He went from being the man that treated me the best, to the man that treated me the worst! He would falsely accuse me of cheating without any proof and use that as an excuse to abuse me. He would make up stuff in his mind and tell me God told him that, such as, God told him I was cheating.. and other nonsense. I knew I had been 100% faithful to him. He did this to me almost every other day.. I kept telling myself, "I have to forgive him. I have to forgive him." because he would always come and apologize to me later on.. I kept telling God, "For better or for worse, right? .. I want to obey my vows I made to you. I want to, Lord. Please help me." but my marriage fell apart so fast.. Talking with you and listening to Josh's account of what was going on has helped me realize that I am not alone. I do not wish this pain and suffering on my worst enemy, but to know there are other, more experienced christians who can help me get through this is comforting. I love God so much and thought I was marrying a man of God. I feel like a failure. Sorry for my long comment, dear. I just needed to vent to another believer. God delivered me out of a “marriage” just like this. We were church going and all. One does have “mental issues” after this type of treatment. I’ve lived it. In fact I made a YT video on my escape, which happens to have 30K views. I know the high viewership of my video is because it’s mostly people like Sharda and a few crazy men of the church who refuse to acknowledge, recognize and discipline the abuser and protect the victims. The pastors don’t like this subject to be discussed because it’s a blight and it’s airing the church’s dirty laundry. After 12 years of intimidation and threats, two death threats, and two orders of protection, my 9yr old daughter and I had to plan and then flee the state we were living in the middle of the night. It took the Holy Spirit to speak truth to me as I was broken and weeping on my knees. Afterwards I finally had the courage to leave this marriage. It’s now been 12 yrs of healing, peace and spiritual grow. This is what the Spirit said, “Yes, I hate divorce, but I HATE abuse more.” It was done. PTL Shandra needs our prayers. She’s was threatened to be sent away like a slave girl which would certainly mean to her that she would be in Trinidad without her children. Any mothers fear of losing her children would keep her in check. Also, she was pregnant and he threw her to the floor twice?!! Why didn’t anyone contact the TX dept of Domestic Violence? Everyone who witnessed this abuse is an accomplice and will truly be answering to God. Didn’t Jesus say, “Better that a millstone be tied around the neck and then cast into the sea, for anyone who causes one of my little ones to stumble.” Chris LaSala is causing his sons and daughters to stumble. “Bring up a child in the way they should go and they will not depart from it.” That goes either way...he’s creating both future abusers and future victims.

Always follow the Lord, Josh. Always exalt Him way above yourself, and He will continue do great things through you. A real man of God is extremely rare. Throughout my life I've never come across anybody like yourself. Concerning you, it's not flesh and blood which has revealed the things I've seen. Dwell with your wife. I think it says something like that in the Bible. Don't let any man try and convince you that a ministry is more important that dwelling with your wife. The Father may use us to call and reach out to others but, in the end, He's already given us His immortal Word.
Now that I've got to the end of the video, I find this ever so disturbing. I pray Chris gets the deliverance he really needs and finds the ministry of a true man of God and subjects himself under their guidance for service. He's not ready to lead, there is too much that needs to be dealt with, he will cause a great deal of damage to members of the body of Christ that come under his direct leadership. Lavender cloud well I hope so. Sometimes when we face the truth it makes us really look at ourselves. I've been there. I had to look at myself and realize I needed to change or I was gonna die spiritually and physically eventually. I hope he apologized and realized the pain he was causing to others and himself. I read a comment LaSalsa wrote to someone on his channel. He said the KJV is no more inspired than the other 'main versions'! He's so wrong! The differences are serious, and can totally change the meaning.
The other versions of the Bible have taken things out to where the King James Version brings more revelation and words that need to be looked up for understanding what they truly mean.
All we can do is pray for Chris and his Wife. I came across his deliverance videos last night and thought he did a good job casting demons out. Today I looked at a few other videos that he made and something started to feel off. I didn't know what it was but it wasn't good. Not everyone that says lord, lord will see the kingdom of God. Alot of people that think they will make it really are not going to make it. Jesus will say to them "I never knew you, depart from me ye that work iniquity". Hi Josh. My husband and I have been in ministry for approx. 22 years and was even longer as a single man. Our story is so close to yours. I married my husband while he was in ministry. We had a short engagement and then got pregnant very quickly thereafter. After the baby was born we went overseas for a few years...then to NJ...then to TX to open a school....and then to our newest destination. You cannot imagine the warfare and experiences we had. I was so mistreated by leadership and other ministry workers that itstarted to hurt my faith. I know how the stress and long hours can be on a marriage and parenthood. I will be praying for you and your family. The Lord also put on my heart to reach out bec. I know I could have benefited from an older couple all those years to speak to who had gone through the same things. I offer that to you guys if you want to speak to us or if your wife would like to speak to me where I can share. The Lord taught us many things along the way and I've always said that it would be worth all the pain I've been through if I can use all that I learned to help others. And I mean that. I stopped watching your videos when you joined BDS, so I am glad you have left. I knew that Chris LaSala was off a couple years ago when I watched his honeycomb video. Chris was making a point that demons see a honeycomb pattern, so he had covered his room in a honeycomb pattern. The first time I used acid as a drug (it was strong), I saw a honeycomb pattern over everything, so I believed what Chris was saying- but how he was saying it (creepy sitting there talking about seeing like demons see), and how he chose to sit in a room decorated in honeycomb pattern was way out there... I'm proud of you for telling the truth. I feel sorry for Chris. He may possibly be a narcissist. Hopefully, he will see the errors of his ways, but if he is something like a narcissist, then it will be hard for him to see how he is wrong. Pray against the dark spirit of narcissism that really blinds the eyes of people and causes them to justify their own sin.

I was one of Chris’s very first followers when he first started his channel before he got into the demon thing. in 2012 I followed for about 2yrs and he literally ruined my life and would constantly call me a Jezebel! I haven’t followed him since 2014 but throughout the years I’ve had so much guilt and mental abuse. I would listen to Chris and I lost a lot of my family and friends and moved to Savannah Georgia because he want me to marry this man that was just as abusive as him except that this man was physically abusive and when I wanted to leave him Chris would call me a Jezebel and a bad wife! I thank the Lord he showed me Chris’s true color 2014! Anyways I’m so glad you posted this video and called him out like a true brother in Christ, you said it with Love and truth. I have been aware of BDS since 2011? 2012? from early on, I discovered the channel at the time of my conversion. I have dealt with the demonic realm before my conversion and more after. and still have to deal with it, so I was pretty much attentive to what was going on there. At the time of my conversion God told me that he was rising a new generation of prophets and spiritual warriors, so the BDS mission totally fitted in. Nonetheless, I was always having trouble being totally willing to adhere to it, I prayed and the Holy Spirit told to be aware, and even leaded me to stop following it for a while. Recently, like a few days before Chris posted his video where he speaks about his dealings with breathing, the Lord bringer Chris to my mind as I was doing dishes, and said : I love my servant Chris, you know I do... and I went : and what about him Lord? ... and he said : is just the way he does some things. Thank you for your video, It opened my understanding about another situation I have been asking the Lord about. Now I know what to do. I love Chirs, I have always admire his boldness. A man that stands so boldly, and that does so much harm to the dark side will be like the man to throw down priority right? so let's pray for Chris and wait for our Heavenly Father to show us His glory here ! be blessed in Jesus name
I have to add, after seeing Chris reply, that I remember Chris, on his video where he addresses his situation on breathing, he was rep into about anger and pride! Ok? So, as I have just said, Chris needs prayer, not for what you say here Josh, but because he is bold and Satan wants his head more than yours, I am just saying what I have just said on my last comment in a more clear and straight forward manner. So now, a call for prayer for Chris to be delivered from that illness, and for you to be brave and tell us the truth of what really happened.

Everyone, or almost everyone seems to have forgotten the good things that Chris did throughout his journey as a believer. Now he is seen as a monster and blamed without mercy, genuine mercy, for the mistakes he made, which he repented for. Is this the way you think you can help him change and maintain the change he has already made within himself? And Josh, at first I thought it was a good intervention when you revealed the trauma you have experienced there, but now how is this helping Chris? The evil spirit has done a very "good" job with all of you, by traumatising everyone.
Wow. God spoke to me one year and a few months ago and told me to completely stop watching Chris' videos and I didn't completely understand why but I unsubscribed anyway. I felt that he and you made videos in the past that seemed quite harsh (and almost condemning in some ways) but I still watched them and agreed with the message itself that you both gave. I definitely felt something was off with both of your demeanours, behaviour, and so on but I didn't think too much of it. Now I have come back to your channel to see if there is any change, and it seems like you are bearing good fruit in your videos and you seem to be filled with joy when you preach. I'm glad you came out with the truth, I definitely did not feel like you belittled Chris in this, but rebuked the ways he acted and so on and it was a great video. God bless! I remember checking Chris la Salas channel and I just felt uncomfortable watching he's videos. Something just didn't feel right to me. Something off. So glad I have the holy spirit to guide me. We all make mistakes Josh. This is why we must test the spirit's to see whether they are from God or not.
Hello Josh, I thank you for this video. I know so many people have played up Chris LaSala so I have looked into him but I have never been able to receive what he has in his videos. I don't know exactly what it was but I felt a sense of arrogance in the way he would state things that had little to no biblical backing. I have been praying for him but have avoided his ministry thus far. Your video gives me insight into why Chris' teachings don't sit well with me. It clearly sounds like Chris is under a delusion but I don't know him well enough to say. All I do know is that I don't discern much humility. I pray the Lord brings him out of this delusion and into the light. God bless you and your family as you seek after him. For what it is worth I have really enjoyed the RU-vid channel FOTM1 and I have been to their location if you want to see the other side of how deliverance goes or if the Lord leads you to reach out to them. Josh Coen, God bless you for speaking the Truth. Keep praying for him. I haven't watched any other videos of you and I have only watched 5-6 videos of Chris and the truth is that I have always felt that something was disturbing about him. Now that I hear you speak I can relate to your story and I get the feeling that Chris' way of manipulating you and everyone else is sociopathic behavior. I had a relationship with a guy like this for almost 5 years. He brought me to God because I couldn't escape his manipulation and mental guilt trips played on me. Only when I started praying to God I found the courage to hold on to my truth and see through the lies. He was heavily demonized. His voice would change at times when he would talk to me. I became very oppressed also and was always having panic attacks as soon as I would find some time for myself without him. I believe this was happening because inside I was feeling something was very wrong but when I would be with him he would convince me that he was this amazing person and that I had to submit myself to him. Then when I would be with myself I would come to my senses and fear was paralyzing me because I wanted to get away but I knew it would be very difficult. It kind of feels that Chris is a dangerous person and a nutcase too. Glad your wife was not intimidated my him. As for us, we will serve the Lord Jesus Christ indeed! And keep in mind ''For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.'' Ephesians 2:8-9.

Im seeking Jesus, cause I hear his call, that guy had me terrified. Then I explored more, wow!😳you had to do do this, because of people like me. Thank you. Thank you Jesus for the discernment.❤I know nothing else about you except for what I'm watching now. I started with Derrick Prince. Im an alcoholic raised New Age. I got into Q with the Trump MAGA. Stuff. Thats what led me to the Bible. I believe. I hear the calling. So here I am. Yes demons are attached to me, but I will persevere. Bless you and your family. ❤❤❤
@@matts.6558 hi! It was actually some videos put out about Satan running things, what was being done to children, and just everything, how we are influenced from childhood. I had some sort of awakening. Some of these channels were spiritual, and I learned about spiritual warfare, and being alcoholic, feeling the demonic presence of that. Some of the ministers mentioned Trump was a big part in helping wake us up, so yes, in the beginning. As of now, I'm really working on trying to include Jesus in my life every step. I get influenced quite easily, and it doesn't take alot for me to indulge in toxic behaviour. I understand we are Gods temples and we should keep them clean. I guess I'm still in the very early works. I was remembering a Christian group called Jars of Clay. 🤣realizing we are like pottery being molded by God,,😁🙏❤️

I had a similar drawing experience with God, in the sense I also had an awakening to evil, which was both an eye opening and challenging time (when you feel like evil is everywhere and inescapable). But everything truly didn't change until I heard the Gospel and repented and put all my trust in Christ. Very happy to hear you are including Jesus in your life every step. That's really what it is all about, carrying our cross and dying to our fleshly passions and living by the Spirit. But we of course can't do it on our own, we need the Holy Spirit of God to renew us day by day. I've heard it said walking with God can often seem like walking up a steep hill/mountain, we'll stumble and fall but the key is to keep getting up and keep dusting ourself off....the devil will be there to beat us down each time we fail, but he is a liar, murderer and trying to destroy us. Therefore, trust in God's promises and the sanctification He promises to those in Christ.. Jars of clay is very accurate indeed :) Some really solid ministries that have helped me in walk have been Good Fight Ministries (Chad and Joe, discernment and Bible teaching), On Point Preparedness (Mike, great discernment), Living Waters (Ray Comfort, amazing evangelism) David Pawson (one the best Bible teachers I've come across), Dr. Walter Martin (cult expert) and David Wilkerson (Pastor). The last 3 noted above have gone to be with the Lord. I suggest these to you because of your humble omission that you are easily influenced. I am very very careful who I listen to, and these ministries are well vetted imo. If you feel led to check any of them out, I hope they are a blessing to you. God bless you.😀🙏

The church is not a building it's the true Christians in Christ, there also no title of pastor, a one man show where the people lift up and look at as an authority figure they had elders, plural more then one to teach the church which was the people in homes not some building they call a church they idolize.
Chris is allright he just got some rough edges, show a little grace. Don't throw the baby out with the bath water. Josh you should think about taking this video down, what fruit do you think this will bear?
Watchman4u Yes amen thats him. And me as well, I always had a check in my spirit concerning Chris and his ministry. I went through a somewhat similar situation.
Brother, our God can do all things. I can hear the brokenness in ur voice. I can hear Jesus in ur words. And I've heard his video rebuttal. I can hear the spirits of anger and rage in his words and voice. We should continue to pray for him. Be blessed
When the work of the Lord becomes more important than the Lord - I know works are important and faith without works is dead....but when we idolize the works, it becomes about us and our deeds, our glory, our strength, and our greatness. It's the opposite of Hyper Grace.
