Wait till she finds out that Mercedes and Romeo slept together, she's going to be back to square one thinking Mercedes is taking everyone from her 🙄

I’m glad that Mercedes had confronted her about what she has done. When she tells Sylver about her affair with Romeo, Cher will be partly to blame cos she made a fake account trolling her about Mercedes and one of them made Sylver think she was cheating, and this was distracting her from her relationship with Romeo, which brought Mercedes and Romeo together. Also, I feel like when it gets revealed, Cher’s actions will also be revealed, which will anger Sylver more

Big mistake not telling slyver. Cher will not learn from her mistakes if she does not own up to them. Hiding it from the person she loves most will do more damage than good

I think they are wrong about keeping this from Sylver. Sylver needs to know this and he should hear it from Cher, not Mercedes.

Here we go Cher guilt tripping everyone again. Acting like she’s badly done to. 🙄

i’m guessing mercedes is gonna keep this a secret until the truth about her and romeo comes out, and then she’s gonna try and tell everyone what cher did to explain why she slept with romeo. however, no one will believe her because cher will then lie out of spite after finding out she slept with her boyfriend. peri may be able to back up some stuff but not all of it. so then everyone will hate mercedes yet again and cher will be painted as a victim for being cheated on. along comes a worried sylver who takes cher’s side and declares he’s done with mercedes. this will be dragged out for a few more weeks before cher develops a guilty conscience and admits the truth. sylver will be angry and will kick her out and forgive mercedes, but then mercedes will feel bad (because her character has gone so soft, my lord) and she and sylver will have a heart to heart. sylver will then chase after cher and find her in one of 3 situations; at the train station about to leave, sitting somewhere self-harming, or dead. if it’s the first option, he’ll forgive her and they’ll hug and it’ll be happily ever after...or will it? if it’s the second, he’ll feel guilty and offer to get her some help then they’ll make up, go home and it’ll all be forgotten soon enough. happily ever after...until the next family drama happens. if it’s the last one, he’ll blame himself for her death which will send him into a deep spiral spanning weeks. sylver and mercedes will break up AGAIN, only for sylver’s depression to magically be cured and they’ll be fine again. there you go, there’s the mcqueen drama for the rest of the year :))

I can see why Cher did it, I mean she SHOULDN'T have done it cause its not okay but it's really good to see how forgiving Mercedes is

Cher and Mercedes are so much alike its insane. Yet Mercedes gets a pass for everything she has done and Cher suffers the consequences. Mercedes has yet to pay for all the horrible things she has done. And on top of that she is a lousy mother and wife. She already has two sons yet she still wants another baby. She cheats on Sylver again and again and yet nothing happens. That man is way too good for her. She doesn't deserve him, doesn't deserve her great family. Hate on Cher all you want but Mercedes is in no position to take the high ground here.

A lot of people are asking why Mercedes isn't fighting with Cher, slapping ect. Because she see Cher as a daughter and that's what makes what she did way worse for Mercedes

Months invested in this storyline. Total let down. I said they'd forgive her within a couple of episodes. Now they're not even gonna tell Sylver? The final straw, I'm done.

I do feel sorry for Cher now, which I didn't think I would. I am still unsure as we all know something went down with her sister, I wonder if we will ever find out if it was an accident truly or not.

Unpopular opinion- I have come to actually appreciate Cher... As a McQueen, that is. Hear me out now... What I've come to realise is that while the McQueen's are a Hollyoaks family staple, they won't be around forever unless they bring in newer actors (you know, the "long lost" McQueen's or illegitimate children, etc) to keep the family there. As much as I dislike Cher, Bethany Hare is an amazing actor, and the more mischief she does, the more of a McQueen she is!! I'll get hate, I know, but I've watched Hollyoaks for many years, and there are definitely characters I have hated when they appear on screen...only for them to turn around and be a new favourite! To each their own, I suppose 🙂

Problem with Cher is that she has the personality of a Bunny Boiler, doing whatever it takes to get her way when she can’t take no for answer and will go to huge extremes to do so and if there’s one thing most of these soaps like eastender and Corrie have taught me is that things like this NEVER backfire 😂 but at least when it does Cher holds her hands up and surrenders and finally sees what she did was wrong, so she’s happy to take the blame I’ll give her that Side note: Peri was the only one who knew the truth and so Cher blackmailed her into possibly loosing her job, she seemed to have forgotten about that (mind you so did Peri I think) and I’m not being funny Babyknapping vs doing out of hospital medical work with bandages Peri took? Yeh Cher would be fighting a loosing battle
