Red Bull may be leading both the Drivers' and Constructors' Championships, but Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez are having some difficulties. After a colossal recovery, the team now holds a commanding lead in both championships, thanks in part to mistakes from their rivals and outright stellar performance.
However, while the RB18 appears to be a fast car on paper, several issues have arisen throughout the season to suggest that it isn't as untouchable as everyone believes.
So, let's take a look at Red Bull's situation heading into the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, and why they might need to be concerned.

Having Checo so close to Max will bring the best of both. Max is going to push more and Checo is gonna follow. I think os great that this season, we have at least 3 drivers that could become WDC.

In 2020 bottas is leading Hamilton in the first 3 races...then suddently bottas being left behind. Perez is 15 second behind Max in Baku race. Obviously Perez few races out pace Max will not be a common thing in the future.

So has Leclerc, and just to highlight the issues, bear in mind all the Ferrari powered cars seem to have Power unit reliability issues. So has Leclerc so I think it’s a level playing field.

yeah . you are not the first to say that. Ever since AbuDhabi 2021, the salty Brisitsh Media and bloggers has all been nagging a lot about RedBull. Also despite Christian Horner being british and the whole Redbull team being based in the UK.

It is not alowed to have a multilink suspention in the front or back. All suspentions have to contain off two triangles, a trackrod and a pull or push rod. No more variants are allowed.

@@brandonlu4068 No, the year before (RB16) they had a semi-multilink suspention. The regulations were tightened again last regulations change.

The issue that Ferrari and Mercedes having are much more serious. Redbull problem are nothing compare to them. The content of this video are just focus on redbull minor things which is not even a problem.

I dont know who is the better driver, but Max is what RedBull exactly needs this season. They are managing their own power units, and gambling high on straights with potentailly problematic power units. This car needs Max's agression, more now than ever.
