Ibig sabihin kung 2 months siya nag apply ng renouncement ay US Citizen pa rin siya at the time of appointment. Kailangan niya ipakita ang approval ng renouncement niya.

I vigorously disagree sayo Atty Trix na hindi na dapat nanjan ang CA. We all know naman na it is for check and balance at it will not just fall to padrino system.
