On a crisp fall day the local switcher at Heritage Railroad went out the Blair interchange to pick up some loads of tank cars.
I took the opportunity to get some video of the duo of ALCO 251 and turbo EMD 567 muscling the cut of loads up the hill at the 4 mile marker by the TVA substation.
