Our local publix has started selling Zoodled zucchini, carrots, sweet potato, etc. I can't wait to try them. Plus, I can try them out before I buy the Zoodler. But seriously, who WOULDNT want to Zoodle stuff?🙂

I love your recipes Dani, I bought my inspiralizer a few months ago a because I really enjoy a good Vietnamese soup but I did substitute the regular noodles for zoodles and it's delicious. I will try this salads, both sound delightful. Your channel has changed my life, I started the year following your tips and I already got rid of sugar, I use stevia only when needed, I got rid of all the condiments full of MSG, also change to olive and coconut oils, and finally got rid of all flours, the only one I use is rice and coconut flour, in only 3 months I have dropped 20 pounds without any effort , I eat more clean and delicious because I found your channel by the end of the last year. Oh my gosh. Both of these fantastic recipes will be on my regular menu. Love zoodles. I have the Paderno model I got from Amazon and it's nice but next time I'll get the Inspiralizer. I've an electrical Spiralizer and it's so easy to use with no arm strength! I made mixed noodles for dinner with zucchini, carrots, pumpkin, avocado oil, garlic, onions, salt, blackpepper, almond milk, mozzarella and cheddar cheese; I love mixed noodles the best because it's not only flavourful but also colourful! Btw, I'll try your recipe very soon; it looks delicious! Thank you so much 🙏❤

Mediterranean all the way! I made this last night - delish! Bought a spiralizer just for this recipe. I subbed red peppers for tomatoes and added a boiled egg for a little more protein. I can't wait for lunch today!

I have a 9 year old Granddaughter who is the perfect height and weight for her age. This same kid loves my Stevia. How do you feel about letting her have it? Is it healthy for a child this age to be using it?
I let my kids have stevia. I thin kits better then having a ton of sugar all the time. I like to make their lemonade with it. As far as I know, it is all natural and compltely safe for kids.
