It seemed old school, in a bad way. They do look weaker than the top US and UK teams. The big thing they are doing though which I think will only get bigger is hand tags. They aren't as exciting to watch but targeting the trailing hand is underused.

Agreed, it's really annoying how extremely loud it is (not to mention the funny voice acting) - I just double tapped the right arrow to skip it but it still kind of breaks the immersion... I mean I get that WCT needs to make some money but I really don't think an ad like this will do much, other than actually creating a _negative_ association with the E-VADR brand :/

There was some team drama that caused Charles and Clement to leave (but they competed on Merrero Gang), and Caryl was competing elsewhere at the time of this event. I miss Caryl, wish he would give more love to WCT, any team would be happy to have him. Go send him a message and tell him to come back 🥺

@@FelixNKryptic Loic felt that Clement and Charles were not being team players as they were more focused on their individual youtube channels. Then they decided to part ways.

@@tarrant9682 Nope, Charles girlfriend talked shit many times about me on social medias, i asked charles to talk to her to calm down, he answered it was not his problem (and clement too), I decided that his girlfriend so had no reason to be part of the groupe as other girlfriends are not, he got mad, they left.

Apex looks like they will dominate imo. It puts into perspective when you watch these runners do small mistakes, bumps, lose momentum, not sure where to go etc.

Blacklist has some great players, but Apex Eth just seems to have stronger pure speed. I think it would go Eth's way just by being straight up outran more than necessarily tactically evaded.

washout, it looks like not having wct tournaments (like wct us champs) during the pandemic has hurt blacklist - they look largely the same team they were in wct3 while apex have levelled up considerably. I'd be absolutely surprised if it was competitive

@@passerbylau4979 blacklist's players actually have quite a bit of experience... None of them is playing his first competition. There were competitions held in France to, believe they even have played in 2 each...and Augustin is probably the most experienced player of the two squads, surprisingly.

It's hard not to get herded to the loading bay if you are up against a fast chaser running at you from the right side of the front line. You could get on top of the left side of the front line to traverse across the sisters but that's only if u have enough space. Crawling under the front line to go through the middle doesn't work if the chaser already has center control

You right man ! US teams had championships during the covid break while Europe had no court and no tournaments to play. So US teams improved a lot during this time. United was rebuild 1 month before competition with lot of young new players... We'll be better next time (i hope )!

@@deadersurvival4716 dude, I gave my opinion that the voice over sucks and that I wish he would shut up. You can't make an objective statement of fact that he's actually great. But we agree that he's SeRvInG a PuRpOsE. Of course he's serving a purpose, the players need to know when to go. But I'm proposing that the voice is annoying as hell when I have to listen to it 30 times. Maybe go and fight an actual issue on the internet.
