Great video, only one problem I think you should have included people who are against it, especially putting money into the hands of people. We all see what happens to people who win the lottery, complete turmoil. Its at best that reparations are put into programs that would benefit black communities long term such as better educational programs ( trade and college) and job creating programs in certain communities. But putting money directly into peoples hands is a disaster just waiting to happen.

My entire family came from such poverty that my mother had to save a single stick of chewing gum to use over multiple days. She would get one stick as a present. Now, she and all my aunts have become very successful because of hard work and cultural values that were passed down. Everyone of them are multimillionaires. When I look at a culture, I assess the values that culture promotes. Does it glorify crime, drugs, and meaningless relations? Does it promote family bonds, avoid criminal behavior, and encourage hard work, education, and personal moderation? I think we can rank the quality of a culture based on these generalities and see the effect as well. I grew up near Detroit. I know very well what impact this culture has. You just need to turn on the radio to understand what the black culture is all about. When I hear people say there is no such thing as white culture, I laugh. This means nothing other than the values promoted by white culture are so foreign to them that they can not even recognize them. A couple of things: First, the Homestead Act? Really? Does anyone here even know what the Homestead Act is? Because in terms of reparations, I don't think you can get reparations for a government act that gave away free land for simply living on it for 5 years. The GI Bill, same thing. You can't exactly have reparations for a government act that makes college educations free, for serving in the military. As for the Native Americans, well...take that up with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. At least with the tribe I'm related to, the land is protected land.
