He had a lovely mop of hair, that was far too long on the top and haphazardly grown out. He needed a shearing.
The barber goes zero on the sides and back and then wets the hair on top and takes it down with scissors before mowing them down with the clippers.
A much needed shearing and a great buzzcut.
