Thank you for your kind reply, Rosie! We cook the knotweed just as you cook vegetables, for example salad,fried dishes, and like they do in Silo ,we make jam from it.
He is never telling us how much water it takes to empty the chamber.?? A dehydrator makes a great material to add to a compost pile or send back to the farm that they buy there vegetable's from. This green thinking . Not flushing it down the drain . With gallons of good water
