1 lb (450 grams) Ground Beef
2 tsp + 1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
½ inch Ginger, finely minced
3 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
1 Green Chili, finely minced
1 Onion, medium, finely chopped
1 Tomato, medium, finely chopped
½ -1 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Potatoes, small, boiled and smashed
1½ -2 tbsp Cilantro Leaves, finely chopped
1 Egg
1 cup Breadcrumbs
