The Blue Cosmopolitan is based on the original Cosmopolitan, which was popularized in the 1990s. It contains vodka, White Cranberry juice, lime juice, and, of course, Blue Curacao. BLUE COSMOPOLITAN
1.5 oz/45 ml Vodka
.5 oz/15 ml Blue Curacao
2 oz/60 ml White Cranberry Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lemon Juice
METHOD
1. Add all of the ingredients to the shaker.
2. Shake with crushed ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a coupe.
4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
