This is incredibly helpful thank you. Could you potentially do a whole video on the hierarchy of needs? Like explaining what each stage means to you and what you kind of need to do before feeling a stage is 'complete'
Thank you so much for this! I do not have BPD, but struggle with other mental illnesses. I love how structured this video is. I took notes and everything ❤
Great guide man. I am 2 years in on my healing journey. One thing I don't hear a lot about are episodes of mania or depression. Id love to hear your guidance on those!
Thank you so much for this guide. I have bpd as well and it’s such a pain and struggle, all of the thought process you mentioned I’m having as well. It’s hopeful to see that it can be regulated and trained though.. I’m still quite at the beginning..
Was recently diagnosed a few weeks ago with BPD, and honestly this is such a good guide ngl! Lots of this stuff I started to do over the years to heal and do better about regulation and just never knew I was struggling with borderline personality disorder the whole time, but, regardless- this guide is wonderful even to people who don't have it!
I got aware of my condition a few days ago. Everything is spot on. Your words really struck home. After 4 decades, I finally understood why I was acting like this and how to move forward. Thank you
Would offer one final thing- “mineral balancing” to kick out heavy metals. This was a huge contributing factor to these symptoms for me. If you have heavy metal toxicity you will usually have ocd, pure ocd, other health issues. Please find a coach for mineral balancing if you are interested.
I really appreciate this video, it definitely made me reflect on my own activating events and makes me realize the power of recognizing behaviors in this process. I'll probably be reaching out soon to see about ind. Coaching or group!
Thank you for the video! I would really appreciate a video with tips for someone with a partner who has bpd. You explained everything very well to an extent that I can’t. I think a video could help a partner understand how to better help me and others with the same issues.
Does Limerence happen outside of a BPD diagnosis? I feel like most romance writers have this 😂😂😂. It literally feels like falling in love with a person that doesn’t even exist (there’s no physical person present) for me. I’ve been married for 16 years and my husband is about as emotionally distant as it gets, so I find it as a coping mechanism to emotional neglect. I just keep giving it over to God again and again (reading Psalms), until it eventually disappears.
Thank you for sharing this information, this is very helpful. If it's not too much trouble, could you share some points on what to do and not do when your partner with BPD has a rage episode? Keep up the good work.
Not trying to gas you up here...but really great video!!!! Good DBT and analysis! This is where I'm at in my recovery. I just haven't wrote it down step by step. Good work.🎉!
Great tips!! I also have bpd but im doong so much better, I did some dbt therapy and now doing a "normal" therapy with someone specialised in borderline and adhd and I'm so grateful. Ps I have to say this, a part from being smart you are very handsome ❤️🔥
What is frustrating about those with BPD? Y’all have so many strengths and could really do so well. Your life could be okay. The self-destructive behavior is too much.
@@ringoinah I’m working on that I’m so sorry. I don’t have a microphone or anything so I’ve been relying on my phone and when I upload videos they get all weird
