A fully detailed track guide (starts at 2min 30s)-- you won't find another as detailed! I have taken my extensive experience at this track and summarized corner by corner in this video. It's LONG but it's worth it if you are just learning or perhaps are looking for some tips.

This is a very detailed and long video also very helpful. I was happy to have james as a coach this week for an entire day very knowledgeable. The first day was almost too much information it was very taxing as a new driver, on the second day I tried to use all the information James gave me and im happy to say through his instruction i was a lot more comfortable on the track. Poarche GT4 Driver.

I come to Bogie mainly with my bike, but I still find this a very useful learning video. Thank you for the effort!

Driving a fast sedan or sportscar would've been a better choice, as 99% of the viewers using this guide for their next track day at Calabogie are probably not going to be driving an open-wheel racer. And I would've preferred more emphasis and clarification on braking points at each turn, especially in turn 14. But this is still the best, most comprehensive guide I've come across on RU-vid for any track! Hopefully you can do one for Shannonville.

Brake typically just before or just after the Crest in 14. :) I may do another slightly shorter version with a sedan. The open wheel allowed me to emphasize head movements. It's basically the same just faster haha

@@JamesBergeron looking forward to it! You should do these guides for any other racetrack you're an expert on.

Darn a day late! But not a dollar short. Let me know if you need further coaching in the future.

Just finished the whole video. Great refresher for lapping tomorrow! By the way...is it two laps edited together? The clouds seem to change pretty abruptly at 45:52 and 1:03:56

Good eye Graham! The best lap I had on video was rudely interrupted by traffic in corner 12 so I grabbed a chunk from another lap same day, same session I think that went from 12 to end of lap. I spent so long trying to get the right frame so it was seamless. But clearly forgot about those clouds hahahaha! Hope to see you at my seminar at 3:30pm
